I am so happy with my closet. I call it my happy place. Way beyond my expectations! I wish I had done it long ago. Excellent workmanship. Heather was great to work with. Equally great was my installer Justin. Despite my numerous peeks, he was always happy to explain what he was doing.

I give NE Closets my strongest endorsement. From beginning to end, they were professional, experienced and provided top notch service and quality of product. Heather was the designer and she came up with outstanding designs for our two spaces. She was responsive, creative, practical, kind-- I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. I was a little wary about whether her design on paper would translate into reality. But Gerard, who did the install, made that happen. He was meticulous and extremely skilled, and like Heather, very professional. I was hosting a 12 person dinner party the evening the installation happened, and Gerard was SO tidy, you couldn't even tell any work was done in the house that day. The quality of the materials used was excellent. Since they were installed, I have spent many moments just admiring the work that was done. I would not hesitate to recommend NE Closets to anyone or to use them again. Based on my experience with Heather and Gerard, you get more than what you pay for with NE Closets, they are exceptional. We hired New England Closets to upgrade a walk-in closet, a pantry and four kitchen cabinets. From start to finish, this was an outstanding experience. Heather, our closet designer, came to the house to take measurements and learn about our needs. Then she showed us a computer-generated image of how the new closet would look. The design was much better than what we had in mind! Then Jeff came to evaluate our kitchen and pantry and make suggestions on improvements using their Shelf Genie products. We agreed to go ahead with both projects. When the materials were ready, Gerard, the installer, called to make an appointment that was convenient for us. When he arrived, the first thing he did was to put drop cloths anywhere he would be walking. During the installation, Gerard asked several questions to be sure that everything would be just the way we wanted. When the installation was complete, he took the time to show us how it all worked and he explained about the lifetime warranty. After putting away his tools, he came back in with a vacuum – you would never know that anyone had been working there! The quality of the materials and the workmanship is outstanding, much better than we expected. The two projects were reasonably priced and everyone at New England Closets was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. We always like to work with local companies rather than big national chains, and this is why. There was only one downside to this project; we now have so much more usable space in our closet that my wife has started shopping for new clothes to fill it up!

New England Closets recently installed closet systems in two of our bedrooms and a large hallway linen closet. I was blown away with the level of professionalism that we experienced from beginning to end. They were able to help us design beautiful, functional layouts for all three closets. The turn-around time was amazing, product quality was excellent and the entire project was extremely cost efficient. Installation was quick, clean and professional. I can't wait to have them back for more projects! I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

We asked New England Closets to design our mudroom and built-in office shelving. And we were not disappointed. Our designer Heather was respectful to our wishes and gave us valuable advices. She was able to meet with us as many times as we needed. Besides the pricing was very competitive.
