Utterly disappointing. The moulding was packaged well, but it arrived so badly warped (in all three dimensions) as to be unusable. I thought that the quality I might receive would be better than what one might find at the big box stores (especially at this price), but, boy, was I wrong. One wouldn't even expect this kind of work from the surliest roam-the-halls employee with a bad attitude. Leçon tirée ! Fortunately, I have a 3/8-inch roman-ogee bit from Amana to help complete this project; I will be making ALL of my own moulding from now on...

I needed a trim that every lumberyard near me said was either backordered or a 3 week wait. I found a trim by NEWmouldings and they shipped it out immediately. The product was packaged well and arrived in great shape. The ONLY complaint I had is I wanted it to ship priority to get it even faster but they said they didn't offer express shipping. It was too bad because my order then got held up by Hurricane Dorian.

But the mouldings was PERFECT!! So impressed with the light rail, it was so nice and straight. Just the right size. I liked how it was wrapped so no bending occurred while in shipment. It stained beautifully. Your company does awesome work!! I will continue to order from this company on future projects.

As an Architect, I have been specifying mouldings from Erich's Fine Woodworking for more than 10 years. They have a large selection, but will make custom mouldings for any of my projects as well. Many of my designs include built-in cabinetry from Erich, which get painted on site, and look as though they were always there. Erich is a talented woodworker, and I would recommend his services for any project, interior or exterior.
