My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

Nicola Manganello creates extraordinary living spaces for clients with distinctive taste—and offers elements of her signature style in her new boutique and design studio, Nicola Home. We don't share all aspect of our projects. Selecting color schedules, finishes, vendors etc. for each project requires design and planning unique to each home Nicola builds- and to be fair to the process and the client- we don't send out detailed information about each home.
