From our initial contact with Nicole to meeting with Oren, our decision to move forward with Pine Tree Design & Construction was the easiest decision. Oren meet with us to discuss our vision, he walked the property suggesting options to make our wishlist a reality. Within a week we were presented with a detailed work schedule, including permits along with a reasonable quote and payment schedule. We hired Oren on the spot & we have NOT regretted our decision. The work started on schedule, all crew arrived on time and Oren was on site everyday overseeing the work and checking in with us daily. Oren was always available via WhatsApp should we need to contact him. He always responded timely. Oren ensures his clients are happy with the project. He has a great relationship with his crew and takes great pride in his finished product. We absolutely love our new outdoor spaces. Our vision came out better than we had hoped for. I am so grateful we found Pine Tree and chose to work with them for our recent kitchen renovation! Oren and Nicole were wonderful to work with— they were always very quick to respond, extremely patient, and very thorough. They understood our vision and worked with us to make adjustments to the plans until everything was perfect. We are so happy with the finished product and would have no hesitation to hire them again for future projects.

Pinetree is a great design & and construction company, creative, effective, responsive, delivers good quality on time, maintains a continues workflow with minimum interruptions or delays, communicates clearly with the customer, and is reasonably priced. Our kitchen renovation project included replacing the kitchen floor, reworking the electrical and plumbing, replacing the cabinets and some of the appliances- all in about 6 weeks. On time and on budget. In particular I'd like to highlight Pinetree's management's excellent coordination of all sub-contractors, and their friendly and honest attitude and professionalism. The several work crews were good and tolerated us "helping" (a.k.a micro-managing) during some of the renovation process in good spirit.

I used Pine Tree Design & Construction for a bathroom remodel and a fireplace remodel before I started a large remodeling project (gut remodel of kitchen, bar, living room/fireplace, laundry and half bath). I already knew that I could trust them with a larger project. Coincidently, I hired Pine Tree to do my large remodel at the same time my friend started theirs with a different company. In comparison, Pine Tree Design & Construction were very professional when it came to the contractual agreement. Everything was laid out in terms of schedule and payment due on specific benchmarks. Eran gave an estimate of project completion of 10-12 weeks and the project was completed 12 weeks to the exact day. Eran never over promised and was always transparent about the potential of increased cost. I am not a micromanager and prefer the experts do their job to the utmost perfection without my interference. I can always count on Eran to make sure his workers are performing at their best. With most big jobs, there's been imperfections that manifest after the job is completed and all invoices are paid. When I inform Eran of the issue, he takes care of it immediately without further hassle. I really appreciate the craftmanship this company delivers along with the professionalism.

Working with Pine Tree Design & Construction, we have been impressed with their level of professionalism, communication, and timeliness. Nicole immediately set up a group chat where she communicated to us every step of the project. We were informed what was happening, when it was happening, who to expect, and next steps. We were able to readily ask questions and always received a quick response (even on weekends). Oren had oversight over every aspect of the project and came to inspect that the work was going as it should. He has good communication skills and made my parents, who are seniors, and myself feel confident in their work as he explained everything and addressed any concerns that came up. More than anything, Nicole & Oren treated my parents & I like family. They were patient and made sure to work with my parents on pricing and really spent time going over contracts and questions. The project was on schedule and finished on time. We appreciate all of their staff as well. We would work with them again if needed. Thank you Nicole & Oren!

We just completed a home remodel with Eran (Oren) and are thrilled with our new home! We had them not only do our half bath, but install new floors and baseboards downstairs, retile our fireplace, stain a large orange oak banister, install recessed lighting throughout the home then top it all off with a paint job. They were in every room of our home. Any home remodel is going to have some issues along the way, the most important thing to work through these issues is a contractor who really listens to you and advocates on your behalf. We felt that in the end, Eran's goal was not only to get the job done in a reasonable time frame, but to also give us the finished product we envisioned.

Both my husband and I both love the kitchen remodel and really appreciated the good communication in the group chat and the timely way the kitchen project was finished in three months! We had done some research earlier on appliances and also backsplash tile etc. and Pinetree accommodated us.
