Nicole currently focuses her practice on Residential Architecture in Davidson, NC, and Lake Norman, NC, as well as in the fabric of Charlotte. She believes in biophilic design and the innate connection humans have to nature and light. She crafts design to enrich the spirit and health and strives to build identity, connection, memory and light into each unique proposal. Nicole did a great job from start to finish in developing plans for our new sunroom. Not only is Nicole a joy to work with, she is professional and performs high quality work. Nicole has been great to work with. She took the time to really get to know our family and our needs so that she could design an addition that was perfect for us. She included features in the design we didn’t even realize we needed. She has made this large scale project much easier for us to understand and manage. Nicole Perri was exactly what we needed for our renovation project. She listened to our ideas and created a plan that included all of our details. Nicole’s insight was so helpful as we had to make decisions along the way. Because of Nicole’s patience, creativity, knowledge, and thoughtfulness we ended up with the patio and porch of our dreams. We would definitely use Nicole for any future architectural needs.
