I cannot speak highly enough about Brandon and his team. They did a sizeable addition on our house, including an attached garage. I’m incredibly grateful our home was in their hands and I would work with them again in a heartbeat, because the whole process was very straightforward and just so easy. I was quite anxious about doing such a big project but found the entire experience to be surprisingly stress-free, because of the trust we were able to have in Brandon. It goes without saying that we love the final product/results! Brandon is incredibly kind, fair, and conscientious. His integrity and professionalism were evident from the first day we met with him to discuss our project. It was clear to us immediately that of all the builders/contractors we spoke to, he was the person we wanted to work with. Our instincts were confirmed when we spoke with several previous clients, as they were enthusiastic and said they would work with him again (and one actually had active plans in the works to work with him a second time!). He is genuine, transparent, and a responsive communicator. He discussed and double checked various things with us, eg when our Huron Blue siding arrived, he had us come check it out to ensure it was exactly what we envisioned before installation took place. He also problem solved when the original planned location of our front hall closet wasn’t going to work; he consistently brought us into the conversation which definitely contributed to the trust we were able to have in him. While working on the house, Brandon and his team were incredibly efficient and took great care in their work; the work site was always left very clean and well-organized, and they took many measures to protect our existing space while they expanded our home. Our neighbours all made sure to rave to us about them and any sub-trades who came in to do work as well, regarding their demeanours and professionalism. By improving the functionality of our house and making the process so, so easy, they have changed our lives and we will always feel grateful for that and the experience of working with them. Brandon, Joel and Jordan built our deck in our backyard and they truly did an amazing job. Attention to detail was at its fullest. They are not only fantastic people but very professional and always communicate on any issues or questions, listen to your needs and wants and always on time. If you are looking for the best you have found it with these guys, we will absolutely work with them again on any projects and highly recommend them!

Brandon’s crew did an excellent job working through the peculiarities of renovating a century home. They always arrived on time and completed all tasks set for the day. Joel and Jordan were courteous and sociable. Their work was of very high quality. We are extremely happy with the work and the price.

We hired the crew from Northern Oak to take out some walls and insert a couple of big steel i-beams into our house. They arrived when they said they would arrive and worked well within the quoted budget. All of the workers on the crew were pleasant and considerate to me as a customer. Brandon kept me up to date on the progress and if something unforeseen came up I was invited into the conversation to understand the decisions being made.

Northern Oak initially did our basement 2 years ago and did such a wonderful job that we had them come back and renovate the other 2 floors. This was a 7 week project and the level of professionalism, punctuality and quality is exceptional. The entire crew is wonderful. We plan on having them back again next year to do a complete reno to the master bedroom ensuite. We highly recommend Brandon and his crew.

Master Bathroom Reno Northern Oak was referred to me by a good friend who had a wonderful experience with her basement renovation. Our master bathroom was a disaster to say the least and needed to be gutted. Brandon and Jordan were absolutely amazing! Very polite, showed up on time every day, took every precaution necessary to ensure we felt comfortable in our own home, cleaned up after themselves and communicated every detail. They even went the extra mile by picking up some of the materials we were unable to transport in our small vehicles. We couldn't have asked for a smoother renovation, we would hire them again in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

We wanted to have 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room completely gutted while we were away on holidays for 2 weeks in December. The time frame was very tight as we have company staying over for Christmas. Brandon and his team exceeded our expectations all within the time period we asked for. All 3 rooms are stunning, couldn't be happier!

Northern Oak Group Inc. was an amazing company to work with for our basement renovation. They produced a quote in a timely manner for the work they were going to do and a timeline as well. They stuck to the estimate and they also finished the project on time. They were very respectful of our home and we had no worries about them being in our house while we were not home. They were great to clean up everyday when they were finished and always showed up on time. The quality of work is excellent and the workmanship was precise. Even when we made some unusual suggestions they were able to accomplish what we asked for and it looks great! I would have no reservations using them again for any home repair or renovation projects. I recommend them to all my friends and they too have been very happy with the outcome.

This was my first experience working with a general contractor and Brandon and his team beat my expectations. We hired them to finish our basement from start to finish - framing, insulation, drywall, electrical, flooring and trim. They did a fantastic job! I would say they even went above and beyond on the finished product with custom pillar caps that looked great. Showed up on time every single day, communicated well and always cleaned up after themselves. Only when slightly over initial estimate and those changes were communicated prior to the being done. Brandon and Jordan were a pleasure to work with and they will be my go to for any future projects I have.
