This past March, my wife and I hired Fabiano and his team at North Home Builders to renovate our kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The project was completed on time and within budget. The scope of work was beyond a simple kitchen remodel, and included re-leveling the subfloor and moving doors and windows. Fabiano’s team handled everything seamlessly, demonstrating exceptional skill and attention to detail. What really sets Fabiano apart is his professionalism and transparency. He was upfront about pricing and timelines, keeping us informed at every step. His team was at our house 5-6 days a week, working diligently and leaving the space clean and organized at the end of each day. I hired North Home Builders this year to handle gut renovation and remodeling of my kitchen, primary bathroom, secondary bathroom, powder room and basement. Fabio was EXCELLENT from start to finish. It began with some incredible design insights and fantastic vision (Fabio was able to produce lovely renderings of the spaces which helped with design and in terms of ensuring we were both on the same page with respect to the final product he would deliver). Fabio was a true partner (shared all his preferred vendors and manufacturers) and took true pride in his work. Most importantly, he was honest. He didn't slam us with any unexpected or onerous change orders, and handled everything as agreed. We were extremely happy with the final product, which helped to transform our home from below average to one that screams high quality right when you walk in. I'd absolutely hire Fabio and the North Home Builders team again, and would therefore recommend them to anyone looking for a design/GC firm in the area.

North Home Builders remodeled our bathroom and basement and did an amazing job. The company quickly responded to all of our requests and turned both places into extremely beautiful spaces. Fabiano also figured out how to fix some some difficult issues that others had been unable to deal with.

Nice to work with a company who was able to take my budget and exceed expectations. Took my old, dated bathroom and turned it into something that feels like a high end hotel bath. Great communication, responsive and insightful when it came to design. Happy with the process and the end result. Will hire again to remodel other bathroom in the future.

We had North Home Builders install our tile floor in our kitchen. They did a fabulous job. The workers were very polite and friendly. They laid the tile down on one day. The next day the installed the grout. They were very meticulous. We are very happy with their workmanship. We are definitely going to have them come back and do our bathroom.

I had 3 bathrooms completely remodeled, had 2 rooms remodeled and garage done over. Fabio did an excellent job on everything, he was prompt, had great pride in his work and offered to help with anything else I needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs any work done in their home.
