Artisan Signature Homes

We have been working with Norton Commons for over 9 years. We have enjoyed watching the neighborhood grow and the amenities of the neighborhood keep getting better and better. Each year the developer promises to add new features such as parks, green spaces, YMCA and even donating land to local schools. I feel very confident knowing that if Norton Commons says they are going to do something they will deliver on that promise. We are excited to be one of the first builders participating in the newest section of homes that will be all geothermal. Can't wait to see what else they have planed!

The sales staff along with the development staff has done nothing but a fantastic job and consistently pushes the envelope for excellence. Our company has been designing and building homes in Norton Commons since it's inception and have watched it grow and mature into what we feel is the premier new development in Louisville. We were so impressed with the project that we moved our office here 5 years ago into the town center. More recently, we've built a good deal of commercial work to help fill in the town center. The project just keeps getting better with every street and building that is completed. We really enjoy working in the village atmosphere that the developers have created here, and look forward to many more years of successful building, working along with the Norton Commons team.

Karzen Langan Construction is an original charter builder within this community. We have been a principle in the construction of over 80 residences, and feel that Norton's does provide "more life per square foot.." A well managed neighborhood/development which provides an alternative to common residential developments.

We have lived in Norton Commons for 9 years. We have built 2 homes here. We like that is a Traditional Neighborhood Development that combines mixed-use residential and commercial properties. The neighborhood design encourages interaction with porches, sidewalks, and ample public green space. The houses meet specific design specifications and all garages located in the back off alleys. This provides for a clean, inviting, consistent appearance. The 2 pools, 2 playgrounds, and amphitheater are all well-executed. There is a YMCA in the development along with a Catholic school and a soon-to-be-breaking ground public elementary school. There are a variety of restaurants, shops and services within Norton Commons making it convenient for everyone. It is a good place to live whether you are raising a young family or downsizing with a smaller residence.

As one of the first residents, 10 years ago, we were looking for a community where we knew our neighbors and could walk to the many amenities located here. My husband was skeptical at first, but it didn't take long for us to fall in love with the Traditional Town concept. Our summers are filled with concerts, barbecues, movies, and of course, wine on the porch with our neighbors. When we think of southern hospitality, our first thought is of our home in Norton Commons!
