Wow. Just, wow. My new gas fireplace insert was installed a few days ago, and I couldn't be more pleased. From the moment I first walked into the Northwest Hearth and Home showroom, through the subsequent purchase and installation of the unit I chose, the customer experience was top-flight. I'd visited several other businesses in the area that specialize in fireplace inserts, and was always given the impression that I was wasting their time. Northwest Hearth and Home was a refreshingly different experience. The selection was excellent, the staff actually listened to me, and I never felt pressured to buy. The installers were top-notch, friendly, and courteous...and, I might add, very tidy. As I write this I am relaxing in front of a lovely fire from an insert that looks as if it was original to my home. Very, very nice.

Dave and his sons just replaced our old outdated inefficient stove and hearth with a new beautiful stack stone hearth and efficient gas fireplace. From the moment you walk in the showroom you realize you are in a family run business and everyone cares about the customer and the quality of their work. They are knowledglible and professional craftsman that can be trusted to handle your entire project from start to finish. We shopped around and received several estimates before we decided on Northwest Home and Hearth, I am very cautious about who I allow in my home and at the end of the day we went with them because of the people and their professionalism.

Thank you so much for your professional advice and expertise with the replacement of my inefficient fireplace in my home. Originally, I thought I would install a free standing stove that would be vented through the existing chimney. You helped me to see the possibilities I hadn't considered. Through the design, demo and then installation of my hearthstone Montgomery wood stove and surrounding engineered stone wall surround and hearth, your team was professional and compassionate. The entire project took just three days. The demo was a big job (and messy). At the end of each day, all was cleaned up and secured. Watching The transformation was magical. This installation is what my home needed from the beginning. Even without a burning fire, my home is cozy now. I feel very fortunate to be able to live here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Just had my fireplace updated by NW Hearth & Home and LOVE how it turned out. I'm not much of an interior designer, so I asked them for their advice on some of the details. They were very helpful and I appreciated their input on what would look good in my home. It felt like I had my own HGTV crew remodeling my fireplace! I found Dave and his crew to be very professional.They were very clean and tidy during the work and did a great job. What I appreciated the most is that they took care of everything which made it so much easier. They even fixed the drywall after taking down the old fireplace bricks. The only down side was that it took a while for the mantel and some of the fireplace parts to arrive since they were customized. All in all, it was well worth the wait. I can't wait to show off my new fireplace!
