Sal is salt of the earth! I’ve called him on Christmas at 7pm with a technical fireplace question not only did he pick up 2nd ring but decided to FaceTime me to resolve the issue I was having. I have done over 20 projects with Sal over the last 10 years and plan on doing another 100 with him. NYC fireplaces is your go to for any outdoor appliance/ Fireplace needs.

I used this excellent firm to do a replacement of a pilot light in my gas fireplace in my townhouse in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. I dealt with Luca Pipitone, who was super helpful and accommodating the entire time. I was under tremendous time pressure as I was selling the house and had to have it working by the time we went to closing. My dealings were only for a repair, but I was treated as if I was installing several fireplaces in my home. He returned calls, had the technician show up on time to see what was needed, ordered the part and installed it. Their pricing was more than fair, and you had the sense that you were dealing with a reputable firm, which they are. Good customer service is so lacking today that when you come across a company who really cares about their customers, it really blows you away. Designed a home in Belle Harbor with a beautiful fireplace wall as a focal point. The fireplace had certain specification to take into consideration for the design. Visited NYC Fireplaces by chance and was very happy with the knowledge of product, service and pricing. Purchasing and delivery went smoothly. They even gave helpful tips to our contractors from experiences encountered with product. Respectful and knowledgeable, a winning combination. Received in time for holidays and client is very happy.

I highly recommend NYC Fireplaces. Sal, Sarah, and staff were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating with any questions or concerns as we never had a fireplace before. The showroom is beautiful and inspired us to order a custom, white mantle with marble face with our unit. The quality and workmanship exceeded our expectations. I just wish my home was bigger so I could add additional units to other rooms!

My Wife and I were looking at putting a fireplace in our newly constructed home. We were so excited about finding out about a local company called NYC fireplaces. They were extremely helpful and Knowledgeable! Sal actually suggested that we go with a smaller model due to size of our home. He did not just sell us for the sake of closing a deal, he sold us the right fireplace for our home. We were so happy with the quality of his installers and their product that we added a second fireplace in our Master Bedroom upstairs Sal - Thank you so much for all your support and please thank all the staff at NYC Fireplaces that worked with us. We look forward to posting pictures of our fireplaces on Houzz once the construction is done.

My husband and I were very pleased with NYC Fireplaces. They carry a line of beautiful fireplaces and their showroom is beautiful. Sal and the staff were extremely helpful and very professional. We loved the fireplace so much that we ordered another. There should be more companies out there like you - thanks again!
