My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED service and quality products! Our family was very satisfied and grateful to have met and done business with such professional, hardworking, pleasant, pro-active and friendly staff at NYC Kitchen and Bath. We highly recommend them!!! Our kitchen turned out to be what we pictured and even better. Special mention to Ula and Diana- very efficient and responsible! :)

Nyc kitchen and baths a horrible place to go. Non professional and have no sense of customer service from employees down to the owner. Do not meet deadlines. Not professional at all. Put blame on all their mistakes on their supplier. Still have not completed my kitchen.

Order for kitchen cabinets for our customer came on time and was delivered on time.
We sent our installer as scheduled with the customer.
When our installer got to the job site he informed us that job site was not ready for the cabinet
installation due to existing countertop and tiles.
We kindly agreed to wait for our customer to finish the demolition by himself so we could start
with the installation of the cabinets. Because of this delay we could not finish the installation the
same day and at our own expenses we have to send our installer another day to finish the
installation.
During the installation our installer informed us that toe kicks and crown moldings came in
wrong color, then we made the claim to the manufacturer the same day.
A few days later our customer decided to order pull out drawers and a corner organizer.
Claimed parts came but extra pull outs and other parts which were ordered by the customer were
on manufacturer delay and customer was informed about it.
After we received all items we sent our installer the next day to finalize with the installation job.
All the time customer was informed about timing and other manufacture / shipping issues.
NYC Kitchen and Bath is proud to have an excellent service for all of our customers and we
perform every job in a professional manner. However, we don't have influence for any delay
caused by the manufacturer.
We hope our customer is happy with the final product regardless little manufacturer delays.

NYC Kitchen & Bath did a fabulous job renovating my entire first floor. All who have seen the kitchen were amazed at the quality and beauty of the work. One family immediately canceled their contractor and hired NYC Kitchen & Bath after seeing my kitchen for the second time. I give them the highest review possible.

NYC Kitchen and Bath made my experience of renovating my kitchen very convenient. I like that I found everything I needed for my kitchen in one place. They have a very nice showroom where I could choose from different styles and colors. The communication with them was excellent and they helped me find the cabinets for my budget. They took me through the whole process in a very professional way. Everything fit perfectly and was deliver on time. Honestly no complaints and would recommend them to friends and family.

I purchased new kitchen cabinets and countertop from NYC kitchen & bath. Matt was the sales person who helped me out with the whole design process. He and his team did a great job from the start. Matt really explained the different types of cabinet from starting price to the more high end ones. Their prices are fair and the quality of their products is unbeatable. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new kitchen or just doing an update.

We have used NYC Kitchen & Bath for two of our kitchens. They are extremely professional and provide reliable service. Ula provided high quality design services for both kitchens. She presented valuable insight in helping us to choose cabinet styles and finishes. The installation provided was the best craftsmanship I have experienced when doing a renovation. The installer was faced with a few spacing issues that he was able to solve with creative solutions. I am planning to use NYC Kitchen & Bath for another kitchen remodeling this coming spring. You get what you pay for and I did get what I paid for. The quality work and products were worth the cost.

After extensive search for quality and professional remodeling company we settled on NYC Kitchen and Bath. Extremely helpful and professional staff lead by Ula helped us transform our dated kitchen into marvelous new one. We get tons of compliments on it from all of our friends and family. Would recommend NYC Kitchen and Bath without hesitation. Job well done!

We had a great experience working with Ula from NYKB. My wife and I were purchasing a new quartz counter top for our kitchen, but were undecided about they layout and style of the island. Basically we were not the easiest customers to deal with. Ula showed a lot of patience and provided us with advice and multiple quotes for each option we considered. She helped making the decision a lot easier for us and also arranged a contractor to install the new counter top. Top quality service from NYKB.
