We had an amazing experience working with Ritika and Anubha at OH. They helped us through every stage of our remodel, from planning, design and permitting through to construction and all the final touches. We’re extremely happy with the design and the final outcome. Ritika took the time to truly understand our needs and planned out a remodel that we now get multiple compliments for on a regular basis. The build quality is also good and we’ve not had any issues post handoff. We would strongly recommend OH for any of your future projects.

We didn’t know remodeling could be this easy. Ochre Homes did all the design, research, sourcing and running around for us. Ochre Homes is a dream team of designers , contractor and workers who deliver your dream project and make remodeling a pleasurable experience rather than a painful task. They basically do all the management and hard work for you, I was pregnant through the project and they made it so easy for me to choose my favorite colors/ tile designs etc while doing all the running around , including returns of the extra material. They also have very highly skilled contractors and workers who actually deliver work on promised deadlines . We got our bathroom, kitchen and dining room completely remodeled with them , along with changes in the garage, bedroom and flooring.

From designing to permitting to purchasing to managing the project, Anubha and Ritika do it all with the highest degree of skill and professionalism. We did almost a full house remodel with Ochre Homes. We had a great experience with Ochre homes. Ochre Homes made our remodel hassle free. Ritika and Anubha are extremely professional and pay a lot of attention to detail. They helped us all along the way from design, to selection of different material and parts. They were on top of all our shipment, schedule, inspection. The contractor was also good and did a thorough job. They are really very organized and passionate about making our home a great home. They worked tirelessly to make sure that things got done on time and up to our satisfaction. We are very happy with how our remodel turned out and are enjoying our new home. I just finished a bathroom and kitchen remodel in my house. I thankfully made the decision early on to hire Ochre Homes. I was on the fence, weighing between doing a lot of the work myself - I would have spent more money, more headaches, and wasted a lot of time. Anubha and Ratika took care of everything completely hassle-free. They provided thorough communication throughout the process. Everything was handled - multiple bids, negotiating with contractors, buying items, tracking costs, schedule, following up on changes, etc. etc. So glad I hired them. I will give one quick example - ordering the appliances for the kitchen. I went through and picked the appliances I wanted. I then went to order - out of stock, can't apply a coupon, delivery time too long... issues. I told Anubha that I was trying to order the appliances, she said that was her job :-) She had everything ordered, and scheduled, and the best price (better than I had found) the next day. 5 stars, 10 out of 10, A+ recommendation - very happy with the work Ochre Homes did.

We worked with Anubha and Ritika from Ochre Homes for our home remodeling project which included adding a home extension, interior structural changes and a redesign. At the outset, they worked with us designing the layout. Each of them played to their strengths of optimizing and creating useful spaces from unused square footage (Ritika) and designing aesthetically pleasing spaces within budget (Anubha). They provided us with detailed options with different budgets and timelines. Once we converged, they took over planning and execution of the project. This included finding contractors, designing the interiors, organizing city permits and approvals, scheduling inspections ahead of time in anticipation of completion of work, providing purchase options for various items, and a lot more. They even took care of making the purchases and working every day with the contractors to ensure that the work was executed correctly and on schedule. All of this was done with complete transparency and visibility to us via regularly updated project tracking sheets. With any complex project, there are always unexpected events, and the Ochre Homes team was quick to resolve them without adding delays. At the end of it all, the project was completed 15 days before schedule and within budget! It is not an exaggeration to say that we would not have been able to embark on this project without Ochre Homes’ expertise, and we’d recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home.

The ladies at Ochre Homes were wonderful partners for our family's 3000 sq. foot remodel. They helped design our kitchen, pick out appliances, find a contractor, find the perfect flooring and made several recommendations for our large, high-ceilinged foyer. The project took over 6 months to complete, and they were with us throughout the process. They listened to what we were looking for, thought through different options that would alleviate our challenges and meet our design aesthetic, and guided us on the best places to source our materials. And they were seamless to work with, using email, Houzz, Whatsapp, Google docs, etc. to make the entire process easy and transparent. My kitchen in particular garners tons of compliments, and the design decisions there were made by me and Ochre in just one meeting, thanks to their excellent recommendations! Though I've completed several remodels on my own in the past, the scope of this one was daunting, and it was wonderful to be able to have Ritika and Anubha's design eye and expertise by my side.

I couldn't be happier with our experience working with Ochre Homes. Anubha and Ritika designed and managed a remodel of our family room, with a wet bar and an adjacent bathroom. The project turned out beautifully and we love our new space. Before working with Ochre Homes, we had several contractors give us quotes for the same work for tens of thousands above what the project ended up costing. So the value for money of working with Ochre Homes is probably the biggest win, in my view. Anubha and Ritika helped us find a good contractor at a good price. They know what things should cost, so they can push to make sure the pricing is fair. They had great ideas about things we could skip or do differently to save costs. Anubha spent lots of time understanding my style preferences, so she could find tiles, fixtures and lights, etc. that fit my vision exactly. She really listened to me. So we ended up with a space that feels true to us. And I could trust Anubha and Ritika to be honest and frank with me about costs and timeline. We had been siting on our pool remodeling project for over few years. It was a 2 step project with the removal of the pool and then replace it with a lawn. We interviewed many companies but Ochre Homes stood out amongst all of them. The discussions and designs were followed by a lot of research work, designs ranging from the layout to the smallest of things like what plants to put. They never rushed us into any step of the process. They got in several pool and lawn contractors to get quotes and such and they would always make sure they were present to talk to them. They would then share all the information with us regarding contractors and made sure that the ultimate contractor selection was ours. They could have gone with the first contractor they bought in but they wanted to be thorough and made sure we got best value for our buck. This also applied to all the equipments bought for the lawn eventually (like trees, pavers etc). Once the contractor was decided, their team had to operate under tight deadlines as we had a baby coming soon. We were very happy with the pool contractor. As anyone can imagine breaking a pool causes a lot of disturbance/shaking to the house. But he made sure the disruption was kept to a minimal considering a few weeks old baby at home. He would regularly checkin and kept the loud pieces for when the baby was further away from the wall facing the pool. He was again very thorough in his job as even the city inspection guy came out super impressed with the work. Lastly we were quite pleased with our finished lawn as well. I couldn't have imagined that in the same space Ochre Homes beautifully designed a deck area, grass area, kids area set amongst some beautiful vines and fruit trees. With home stuck due to Covid there are so many days when my husband and I thank Ochre Homes for having done this project for us without which we would have been restricted indoors. We are able to do daily picnics with our family outside now. 5 star to you guys! Thank you again :)

We got an unused portion of our backyard cleaned up, surfaced, and made into a space where our kids and us could play basketball and we could use the space for entertaining as well. Along with that, we got our fences refinished. Working with Ochre Homes was an absolute pleasure - they took care of all the design and project management. We participated in the fun part of selecting the finer details (light fixtures, colors etc.) from options they presented and they took care of all the hassle: evaluating contractors, finding ones with a solid combination of reliability/efficiency/price and oversaw all the work (frequently checking in with the contractors and making sure material arrived on time). The peace of mind itself was absolutely worth it - and the work was done well, and in time. For any future project, we will talk to Ochre Homes first
