DLUX Window Coverings

Despite COVID forcing us to communicate via calls and FaceTime, Cameron from D-Lux did an amazing job counseling (versus selling) on how best to outfit our new home with window treatments. His to detail -- from design consultation, measurement, through to installation -- was always with customer satisfaction in mind. Zach managed installation like a champ, despite having to work around other contractors in my home. After working with countless contractors on our home project, D-Lux stand out as best-in-class.

Several years ago we got Hunter Douglas shades for our windows. They are beautiful. We got the electric motor shades. There is no pulling or dealing with cords. Our windows are tall and wide and there are quite a few of them. I didn't even think when I bought them that their power comes from batteries. All these years later the batteries start to fail. My shades didn't work. Then I found instructions how to refill the batteries. Still didn't work. Well, there's a little button with set amounts of time to reset for different things. I put in an Crisis SOS call to D-Lux who sent Kaitlyn out. Kaitlyn fixed EVERYTHING and even set up favorites so no matter where I adjust during the day or night, one press of favorites takes them back to my favorite place to have them. Her expertise and willingness to make this all work so impressed me. I love the shades again. I don't know if Kaitlyn is comfortable with hugs but I gave her two!

After 24 years, it was time for new window coverings--the cords on our wood blinds were driving me nuts. D-Lux Window Coverings come to my house and went over all the options with me. Cameron was extremely patient with us, explained all the various options (who knew there were so many?), helped us select coverings that will give us better insulation, look great from the inside and outside (important to me) and--no more cords! some are even motorized!! The installer was prompt, professional, explained how to operate each system, even combined one of our existing remote-controlled shades with one of the new ones onto one remote. I'd highly recommend this firm and I'd hire them again if I ever need additional window coverings.
