Continental Ponds

Continental Ponds is a CAC (Certified Aquascape Contractor) meaning they have completed the highest level of training and certification available in the professional pond installation industry. We have had the priviledge of working together in the past. Very professional! Looking for a water garden installer, I can highly recommend them!

I feel as if I was way to hard on Tim and Continental pond. Yes, we did have obvious problems, but a review like this probably cost him more than the satisfaction I got in bitching about it. We have a beautiful pond that we enjoy and they really did a great job in putting it in. customer service is terrible; rarely ever answered his phone or returned calls less than 2 days (always an excuse); has failed to complete his contract by refusing to bring aquatic plants for the pond. Nothing wrong with his product, except the added costs to original price (does not give you a chance to decline, starts his addition and then tells you); Got butt hurt because we declined his $650 light job, that we proceeded to do on our own for $120 and a 15 minute installation. If you let him do the job, don't give him the final payment until it is complete; like we did....lives 2 blocks from our house and refuses to brin our plants over.

Tim rebuilt my former pond which was a pain in the neck. And what a job he did! He certainly knows what he's doing, and the quality of work is wonderful! The pond almost maintains itself. And of course the Koi love it! There are caves for them to go to in the cold winters, the waterfall is lovely, submerged pond lights light it up beautifully at night, and the water is always crystal clear. It is so peaceful, and the sound of the waterfall has a calming effect. I love it when it finally warms up in the Spring and the water lilies start blooming. Thanks, Tim, for saving me AND my fish!

I have worked with Continental Ponds during some of Aquascape Design's Certified Contractor training events and large Pond builds. Their work is is exceptional and they build very natural looking waterfalls and ponds.

Tim built my Pond 2 years ago and it looks great. It has met our expectations and then some. His service is prompt and complete. I would recommend him to anyone considering a pond. Jim
