We had an exceptional experience with O'Keefe Built for our extensive outdoor project. The job involved constructing a large, mineral-based composite deck, covered by a gable roof on one side and a flat roof on the other. The flat roof features a section with louvers that open, while the gable side boasts beautiful skylights. A remarkable design element includes the curved deck boards that seamlessly flow down the stairs onto the paver patio, adding a unique touch to the overall aesthetic. This was a significant project that we had been planning for years. After interviewing several contractors, we finally chose O’Keefe Built, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We selected O’Keefe Built to design and build a new tiered composite deck which would include a roof and concrete patio replacing our existing old wooden deck and a small concrete slab. We made it known that quality was number one on our list and that is what O’Keefe Built delivered. We are very satisfied with the results. This spring Pat built a 3 season porch on the back of our house. Honestly the porch is beyond my expectations. It looks like it has always been there. It is light, bright and absolutely beautiful. The porch is everything we hoped for and more. the quality of the workmanship is excellent and completed in a timely manner and on budget with the exception of a couple of things that I added. I would definitely recommend Pat and his company to anyone. In fact I found them through a recommendation from a friend they did some work for. I also believe there is some porch envy going on in my neighborhood.

Pat and company replaced our deck and did an exceptional job. I especially appreciated how attentive and responsive he was. He took a lot of extra time and effort to make sure I understood the different materials and options, and that I was happy with the results. Any problems that came up he solved creatively and effectively. When I had called the references that he gave me, each one said something like, "Oh I give him eight stars out of five!" Add me to this eight stars category!

Completed a tear down and expanded rebuild of our deck. Pat was excellent at working with us as we went through the design process and the team did an excellent job at making it a reality.

Excellent work and easy to work with on two separate projects adding three rail wood post fencing. Also worked with neighbor to match existing fencing and design.

Pat and his Crew; their work, their skills are above reproach! They were very prompt, friendly, skilled, professional, fast and accurate. Clean, and respectful! Even during the project, everything was cleaned up, very orderly and efficient. Our project was due to wind damage to an older fence. There are 3 shared runs of residential fencing that border our 4 neighbors backyards. Pat was kind enough to break down his quote per run, making payment determination a snap for each of us. O’Keefe Built Inc. did a fantastic job! Attention to detail, top quality work, top quality materials. Our fence is beautiful, our adjoining neighbors are very satisfied as well; we all have our privacy in time for the 4th of July! The dogs are elated to have their yards back! From the first email, quotes, adjustments, interim contacts, calls and texts, excellent communication and customer service; capped off by Pat’s personal visit to top off work on the last day (due to a neighbor’s pet “needs” delay). It was a PLEASURE to work with O’Keefe Built Inc. Pat told us 3 days total, if not for the small pet delay, they would have been done in 2 days! Day 3 was 5 minutes! As a fellow small business owner, I sincerely respect the way Pat is there for his customers and stands behind his team and his work. Competitive pricing, Top-notch service and materials! O’Keefe Built Inc. did an amazing job with the tenant finishes for my women’s clothing boutique, Ivy Rose. The store looks beautiful and I get positive comments from my customers frequently.
