After having a bad experience with the interior decorator (who didn’t care about client satisfaction) that did the phase 1 makeover of my house in 2018, I randomly selected Kenny (Feet and Inches) from the numerous Lagos based interior decorators on Houzz for the phase 2 of my house interior in 2019, just based on the positive reviews I read. Kenny handled the makeover of my children’s lounge, boys, girls and master bedrooms. I must confess, I’m totally impressed by Kenny’s delivery and I’m happy for the choice I made. Some of the key highlights for me are: (1) Kenny provided detailed working drawings for all my furniture which helped me to picture them and provide necessary feedback of my preferences before actual production. (2) Based on my budget, I requested for locally made furniture and the quality/finishing of furniture I got totally surpassed my expectations. (3) Kenny was physically present along with his artisans during all stages of painting, accessories and furniture installation to ensure quality delivery. (4) Kenny did all within his possible means to satisfy me………and he happily effected all changes and corrections I requested for during the project. This to me is very key and client satisfaction is what makes a truly professional interior decorator. Kenny has given my family a beautiful home to happily return to after a busy day in Lagos.
