If I could give a zero I would. Jenny has no moral compass. She talks a big game and probably could sell ice to an Eskimo. She helps you design your projects then orders much cheaper quality items and charges you plenty. Jenny with many design and construction projects ruined our home remodel. We had to replace and redo many things in our home. This went from interior to exterior, electrical and plumbing . A specific example is she charged us $10,000 to repaint our kitchen cabinets. Jenny did not even attempt to do a good job. The quality was so poor, I have Jenny hair stuck in the paint, they weren’t a consistent color and she did not bother painting all sides of the cabinet. Our flooring was installed incorrectly and is coming apart. Our tile work in our bathroom is ridged and jagged. Our entire siding in the exterior has to be replaced as it is literally falling off and the cracks are so large the home is not protected from moisture. This is just to name a few. The painting of the interior was poor and uneven (they managed to paint the entire interior in less than a working day. We had found out that Jenny was not paying her bills at the hardware store and we were contacted as they were going to put a lien on our account. She ordered items that we paid for that never arrived. After searching around in our small community it appears that Jenny is wonderful at conning people. She uses multiple versions of her name. Please do not trust Jenny to work on your home. She has no remorse to the poor quality of work that is done and happily takes your money. I am posting this years after working with Jenny as there was so much trauma and anxiety that went into our situation working with Jenny. But I would be negligent if I did not warn others about her lack of professionalism or ethics.

We absolutely Loved working with Jenny Stevens!! She was So professional so Amazing!! She has been in business for years and you can tell! Only the VERY BEST with her! She gives 100% and loves her clients. She knows her stuff! On time, prepared and is very educated, talented in Construction, Interior Design, all aspects of business and was Incredible with designing and putting our Beautiful Home together. We couldn’t of done it without her.

Working with Jen was a dream. She helped me pick out tile, carpeting, paint colors, cabinets, countertops, furniture, and accessories and made sure that everything tied together. She was easy to communicate with was quick to respond to my questions. She has a great eye for the little details that make a house a home. I have worked with her on several projects over the years and I am always ecstatic with the results.

Jenny went above and beyond to give us exactly what we wanted all while keeping it as stress free as possible for us! We could not be happier!! Our bathroom is absolutely beautiful and I would recommend Jenny 10/10 times! She also did our amazing playhouse that I could cry at how perfect and how much thought and personalization was put into it! We receive comments ALL THE TIME on how amazing it is!

Jenny does a phenomenal job with her design work. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to design a new home or to design their current home.

Jenny is so great to work with and is very creative. She will work within budget and make everything look so great. I highly recommend working with Oldenburg!!

Jenny is amazing, I love all of her work! I have been working with her for over 20 years on many projects. She is very knowledgeable and has done so many different projects. She is easy-going and fun to work with. I love how she listened to me and still liked my opinion. Most designers think it’s their way or the highway and I love how Jenny sincerely listens to you and helps you with the exact project you want. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Oldenburg Construction and owner Jenny are a great company to build with very professional and takes great pride in her detail and commitment to her clients. She goes out of her way to make your home fit your lifestyle.

Jenny was horrible to work with. She was incredibly disorganized, lacked any communication skills, cost us a great deal more money than if we have purchased supplies from Home Depot (though she claimed she could save us more and get certain materials, at cost), and messed up 7 different design elements on our custom home, including our $15k roof, $14k tile, and a number of other expensive features. I asked her to confirm things prior to her purchasing them under our construction loan, and she lashed out at me indicating that she does not "do attitude I have way to many happy clients..." It's clear that Jenny is incapable of managing the work load that she is currently taking on and lacks accountability in her actions. She also appears to have absolutely no guilt or remorse in taking advantage of someone and then completely screwing them over in a really pivotable point of a project. Rather than taking responsibility, she lashed out, and then walked away leaving us to scramble to pick up the pieces. Such a disappointing and unnecessarily stressful experience. I would never recommend using her services.
