We highly recommend Goko and his team from Oncenter Construction. They built us a family room and a library that turned out very beautiful, better than we had envisioned. Goko is honest, mindful of your budget, and supervises the entire project closely. What we liked was that he was very responsive to our texts, phone calls and ideas and worked with us when we suggested any changes. A shout out to his team members Dimitri, Gokica and Mojces who are extremely skillful, diligent and did a great job building library bookshelves and moldings as per our custom specifications. We would definitely use Oncenter's services again.

I picked this company cold after a google search. No one else would even look at the job because it was a very difficult one and everyone knew it. The owner looked at it, agreed to do it at a very fair price, and started and completed it in a very timely fashion. From the very start everything went without one issue. I highly recommend Joc and his company and will be using them in the future. Excellent service!

I hired Oncenter Construction to build a portico above my front steps. Goko is terrific-- he is professional, a very good communicator who keeps you apprised if there is any unforeseen issue impacting the schedule and totally committed to delivery a quality product on time. The sub-contractors he hired (e.g. electrician, painter) were high quality as well. I couldn't be more pleased with both the process and the finished product. I highly recommend Goko and Oncenter Construction.

Goko and his team at On Center are great. Responsive to my questions and comments and concerns. Pay attention to detail. Timely. Project consisted of adding an addition for a new kitchen, reworking former kitchen/laundry/powder room to be a hall with laundry/mudroom and accessible bathroom. Put up walls. Built closets. Etc. I liked the way Goko consulted with his workers to determine the best way to proceed. He was clearly the boss but listened to their input since they are experts in their areas. The craftsmanship is quality work. Goko is available by email, text and phone. Easily reachable. He was really good about letting me know costs for upgrades. He also helped me figure out where I wanted to spend more and where I could save. Photos are in progress work and not the final outcome.

Oncenter Construction did an incredible job of analyzing the problem and taking care of it quickly and efficiently. They did the demolition work keeping in mind the debris buildup in other parts of the home and made sure that it did not migrate and also kept me informed on the status of the repairs that were being made. My overall satisfaction with the work is that we couldn't have hired a better crew.

Everything that had been asked to be done was completed superbly by the team. Not to mention, the boss, Goko is super kind and always puts the work first. The OnCenter Team did a great job of preparing for our home renovation and walking us through the entire process, from initial design to final punch list and minor detail completion. The team worked as quickly as possible, including devoting weekends to the project, which included the full scale renovation and enlarging of three bathrooms, kitchen work, and full lower-level/family room redesign. Attention to detail was paid, and the project was not finished until each detail was complete. The payment process was very fair and the entire project was well-managed.

On Center construction has done numerous jobs for me over the past ten years. These jobs ranged from $5,000 for a small renovation all the way up to a gut renovation of a commercial building with a budget of hundreds of thousands of dollars. I have also used them for a new roof. Their prices always seem fair and just as important the owner Goko (“Joe”) is always reachable and eager to quickly address any challenges along the way. They also return for touch ups and to address a punch list of anything that needs adjusting. I would without hesitation recommend On Center Construction to even my closest family and friends.
