Habitar landscape has a great business relationship with ORCO BLOCK. We purchase our hardscape materials for almost every job with them. Even though they are a big company the reps don't mind taking material samples to my customers front door. Thanks ORCO!!

We hired a contractor to add a stone wall in front of our second home in California. It was important that it match the stone currently on our house. Most of the work was done while we were there, but we needed to return to Florida before it was completed. The stone was a good match, but the contractor had put in grout that was far from matching the beige grout on the house. He insisted that the grout was only available in two colors, but it seemed to us that other colors must be available. I expected that managing this problem from out-of-town was going to be a nightmare. I asked for a photo of the bag of grout he used. I saw it was manufactured by ORCO, so I called the company and they suggested I call their Territory Manager in our area. I was skeptical that our relatively small job might not get much attention, but I called him To my surprise, he immediately volunteered to go to our home and meet with the contractor. He called me as he left our house with far more information than I expected about the existing stone and grout on our house and he recommended a matching replacement grout color, left sample sticks and even instructed our contractor how to replace the grout. We're now back in California, pleased with the perfectly matching grout and pleased that we avoided the headache of a prolonged long distance debate with our contractor over a subjective thing like grout color, thanks to the absolutely outstanding customer service from ORCO.

My yard hardscaping was just finished using Orco Flagstone pavers. I couldn't be more pleased with the visual results. I initially considered using real Flagstone, but due to the issues with the required concrete, along with the substantial costs, I decided to research alternatives. I was glad we decided to go with the Pavers. They are beautiful and should last for a very long time. Highly recommended.

We have been working with Orco for several years and they always have great customer service. It starts with thee salesman John, this guy always provides the highest customer service with a smile on his face!! When we call the order desk everyone is very helpful, Jose in the Riverside branch does a great job helping us place the orders. We have lost money by using other paver companies because they don't explain there order process very well. We feel confident in using Orco interlocking pavers on a daily basis.
