Seaside Interiors By Our Boat House

I give this a one only because the designers were nice and helpful, but the rest of the experience was awful. I ordered over $8500 worth of furniture and was told I would have it in 20 weeks. After nearly 8 months I had not even received a call letting me know it would be delayed. I had to call them to follow up. I was then notified it was complete and would be delivered soon. Another month went by and when I called I was then told that one of the couches I ordered was lost. They tried to offer other items but weren't very apologetic, and the owner was awful to deal with. In the end I cancelled the entire order. I don't think they were honest in the fact that they placed the order wrong because how do you lose a couch. I would not deal with them again and it's disappointing because I loved their products and would have gotten more in the future.

My experience with Our Boat House has been unequivocally the worst I have ever experienced. After months of shipping delays the bed I ordered arrived severely damaged. Numerous attempts to contact the company went unanswered. The one time I spoke to someone, they said the bed was scheduled to be picked up. Nobody called. Nobody showed up. It has been weeks of stress and drama. Do not order from this company. They have no standards, no customer service, and absolutely do not stand by their products. I am not entirely sure it isn’t a scam. It is the most disappointing shopping experience I have ever had. Please learn from my miserable experience and save yourself the headache, the expense and the trouble!

It has been an amazing experience working with Our Boat House! They are a great resource for higher-end furniture at a relatively affordable price. Everything that was ordered online arrived on time and as expected. I will continue working with their helpful staff on many projects to come!

My experience with Our Boat House has been 5 STARS! The design staff had such a superb way of dealing with spacial issues and providing creative ideas that brought a fresh look to my home. I have an older home and needed help with 3 main areas. The family room, master bedroom and a very large outdoor living area. They listened attentively to my needs and had several creative solutions to update my home utilizing high quality, LIVABLE furniture. Finally, they completed my project in a realistic and timely manner, which was so important to me and my family.

We have worked with the professional team of OBH for over 4 years. Their design sensibility, offerings to their retail customers and Interior Designers is superb. We love their room settings which can be purchased as seen on their site in it's entire. Great idea!

I am a business owner of 16 years and it takes a lot for me to put a glowing review of a company in permanent writing for various reasons. My Wife was told about our boat house from a friend. We had bought a new home and wanted to decorate it from scratch. I prefer a one stop shop experience because I am very busy with work. My Wife and I ended up communicating with Lori who in my opinion is nothing short of a genius and a person of high character and integrity. We gave her our floor plans and told her to design our home and pick every detail of what she felt would look best and she did just that and absolutely nailed it. In my opinion and I have a very detailed eye this is the most warm, creative, and unique furniture i have seen in anyone's home. Every single person who walks through our door is blown away and it is single handedly because of our boat house and their passion for excellence. Since becoming a customer I have gotten to know the staff and team well and they are as first class as you can get. To me the wisest move anyone looking for furniture could make would be to contact our boat house. I will never look elsewhere thanks to their years of building an extraordinary business and second to none focus on quality. I could not express in words how happy and impressed I've been.
