We hired Outdoor Concepts to clean up our back patio area. They did a great job and were very reasonable. I want to give 4 1/2 stars but that's not an option. The only reason for the 1/2 star is that I would have liked a bit more notice when they were coming out. I would highly recommend them. Very easy to work with and professional!

I have hired Outdoor Concepts for both special yard projects and regular maintenance. They provide professional, quality service on both fronts. We had an impromptu wedding in our backyard and they set up a pergola of fresh flowers - very natural and beautiful - an on short notice. They are very responsive and attentive.

Have employed Outdoor Concepts for more than 20 years. We have done several major projects during that time and could not be happier with their work. Professional in both conduct and performance.

We have used this company for our snow plowing and yard maintenance for 5 years. I have never been disappointed with their service. They have also done landscaping projects for us. Jeff and Lori (owners) deliver what they promise and put a high priority on customer service. We highly recommend them!

Applied mulch to front and back beds. Trimmed all plantings and hid irrigation system appropriately. Also planted 5 fairy rose bushes and some vinca ground cover. Not a single stick out of place and everything looks gorgeous. I've been using this landscaping team for about ten years and can't speak highly enough.

I have been using their landscaping services since April 2014. The owner came and we discussed my desisted projects and he made suggestions also. Within 4-5 days I received various quotes for my review and/or changes. Upon my acceptance, his men started as soon as the weather allowed and in about 3 weeks completed everything to my satisfaction. His crews all were very pleasant, neat and showed concern.

I trust in their design ability and am pleased with plant selections and installations on my property, as are my neighbors, many who have admired my landscaping, followed my recommendation, and hired them as well for their property.

Outdoor Concepts has done several jobs at our home, most recently a backyard patio for an outdoor fireplace and reworking a garden bed along the driveway which was ammended and replanted. Jeff is knowledgeable about plants that will thrive in our area and his design talents bring our dreams to reality. The workers are courteous, punctual and neat.

Outdoor Concepts designed & built a stunning bluestone terrace on our back lawn. The owner, Mr. Jeff Nawrocki, is a DEGREE-holding landscape designer/planner (graduate of The Ohio State University). Jeff, his assistants Dave & Terry, & the entire Outdoor Concepts team were diligent, hard-working and wished to please our every desire for the look we were trying to achieve. Jeff takes his clients on :"field trips" as he calls them, to various nurseries, stone works, etc. looking for JUST THE RIGHT PRODUCTS for the client's project. Our terrace & its plantings were so perfect that we have re-engaged Jeff & his company for our current project, with MAJOR changes to our entire backyard beyond the above-mentioned terrace. Jeff & his assistant have spent HOURS with us looking at books, photos, Houzz ideas, etc. to "put together" exactly the walls, water feature, gardens, paths, logia, that we want for our backyard paradise. Jeff is fair, professional, HONEST, and an excellent LISTENER when meeting with his clients. We are truly blessed to have found him! The project was started in July 2013 and will be complete the summer of 2014.
