Horrible Customer service! I Ordered fabric and paid $93.00 for next day shipping. I did not get the fabric until 3 days later. I contacted customer service 2 times to get refunded for the next day shipping and no one bothered to reply.

I own and operate a furniture store and design consulting business in the Caribbean. While it can be challenging at times, it is most important to deal with companies that are helpful with your needs. I have been dealing with outdoorfabrics for a number of years. I am quite pleased to say that I have NEVER had a problem with an order. This is of huge importance to me. I am dealing with C.O.M. fabrics that are being shipped to various manufacturers for various orders and then coming to the Caribbean. If the wrong fabric goes on the wrong sofa, I can't simply return it! Tracy has helped me to source fabrics when I could not find them on her website. She is always there and gets back to me within hours of receiving a purchase order. I wish I could say this about all the companies I deal with. it makes my job easier to be working with people of this caliber!

I have a design/upholstery business in St John Virgin Islands and have been using Outdoorfabrics.com as my vendor for most of my fabrics and foam since 2007. I also have used them for custom fabrication of window treatments. Tracy Dykes treats you like you were her only client and is the most accommodating vendor I have used in my 30plus years in this field. She goes out of her way to make sure all bases are covered and you are kept updated on your orders. That is especially helpful when shipping through the USPS to the Virgin Isands. She is also very up to date on the most current designs and what works well together. These are just a few of the reasons why I highly recommend Outdoorfabrics.com for all of your design needs.

Great service with a very high level of knowledge. Tracy is what usually is not found in the workplace today. She calls back when she is supposed too and the job is always done on time without mistakes. The only negative I have is I do not need any more cushions or drapes....at this time I travel 600 miles to do business with her.
