Owen Valley Flooring had been recommended to me by a friend. Pleased with all aspects. This is a major purchase so you don't want surprises and there were none. Will go there for future purchases.

Owen Valley Flooring did an excellent job providing carpet for our church's 1600 square foot Fellowship Hall. They provided design help in choosing a carpet that would compliment our décor, that was durable and beautiful and that makes caring for it easy. They were very patient when we had a construction delay. The installation was on time and flawless. We worked with Theresa Parker who did an outstanding job of customer service.

I went into Owen Valley looking for wood flooring. The gal I worked with was very helpful, had good knowledge of the product/products I was interested in. I shared my concerns with having a wood floor installed with our dog and she directed me to a product that has worked out very well. They are a bit out of the way but worth the drive.

My experience with Owen Valley Flooring was one of the most pleasant remodeling projects for me - ever. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful, professional and fun to work with. Many choices of flooring were available to me and the store is comfortable and welcoming. The installation crew were prompt for their appointment times, as well as, very good at what they do. I would high recommend the installation staff also. All in all, the time spent to make up mind on product, ideas shared and then the actual installation went smooth and easy. Remodeling can be tedious, but Owen Valley Flooring made the job so much easier.

I visited the business to see if they could save me money on the carpet that we purchased for our family room. They were very friendly and helpful. They were not pushy and never tried to get me to spend more than my budget. I saved about four hundred dollars. They did a great job laying my carpet and were on time. I will recommend them and use them in the future.
