installers were good, nice and picked up after themselves. The whole solar project took longer than I expected. Most of it was not being told when things were going to be late. But other than that happy to finally get the system up and running. Robert from the Quality Assurance came over and taught me how to use the monitoring system. He was great and very knowledgeable.

I have a great experience installing the Solar Panel System in my house. The installation team did a beautiful work, system very nice and neat. The Pacific Sky Solar team did a good and easy process, making a good experience for me. Robert from the Quality assurance team show me how to monitor the system with my computer and the app for my phone, I had a very good impression from him and find an easy way to monitor the electricity production of my solar system.

From initial sales consultation through the one day install and the closing consultation, it was a professional, non pressured experience. All my questions were patiently answered (i have a degree in physics so I had a lot of technical questions) at each stage. A great price and, so far, great support. The only con is the Solar edge app has as much as a 5 hour delay in reporting the "current" output of the system, but that's not under Pacific Sky's control.

Robert came out after everything was done and was very helpful. Experience was easy and they answered all our questions. There was delay and something with the monitoring system was faulty so they had to order a new part, and now it is working perfectly.

Great experience during install workers were clean and fast. Just hoped that everyone who came to house knew what was going on with the changes that were made. Robert came and provided me with important documents and information.

PacificSky Solar was a great financial experience. When Robert came to show me my monitor, he showed me how much energy i was producing vs my current usage, and I was amazed on how much energy my panels were producing. I was using free energy during the day time and all the energy I had stored up from the daytime rolls over at night, which was very good. Eric the salesman was smooth and informative and I did not feel pressured at all. Overall good experience and i would recommend this to my family and friends. Also they have a great referral program.

Robert was professional and punctual. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly and politely. His knowledge of the sun power monitoring software and client software was amazing. Nothing major, but Pacific Sky Solar did not send me the login info for the monitoring system, luckily for me Robert's customer skills are above par and he personally went to the office to retrieve that login info for me; talk about service.
