We had a horrible experience with this company. The process of choosing our granite countertops was great because of their selection, but after they received our payment, everything went downhill. When the countertops were installed, there was a large gap between the countertops and our wall. We were told it was because we had "bowed walls", as if nothing could be done. We literally had to push for them to come back out to fix it. When they did come back out, they cut into the drywall and left a huge hole in our wall, as if we would not notice! Of course, we advised them that this was beyond unacceptable. They then stated that they would come out AGAIN, but never followed up with us. Rather than have them do more damage, we fixed the hole ourselves. I am shocked at all of the positive reviews. This company is very unprofessional, and I definitely would not recommend.

Fantastic job replacing our old kitchen counters and back splash with marble. I would definitely recommend them to others and would hire them again.

Spectrum was so helpful in the process of choosing our countertops. There were many different kinds of granite and marble to choose from at the location, so there was no settling on what was available because they had it all. And the fabrication and installation was scheduled as soon as the cabinets were in place with no waiting or rescheduling. I couldn't have asked for a more professional experience. It looks amazing!

Spectrum came out to my home and measured my countertops. I was then told which class of granite we could choose that would fit into our allowance. We went and chose that granite and was told that we were actually a bit under our allowance, so we opted to buy one of the nicer edging options. After our remodel was started and there was no turning back, they raised the price of our countertops by $1200! We had no choice but to proceed at that point and the countertops turned out beautifully, but I would not use Spectrum again.

Very good company. They really work to please. We will buy from them again for our stone needs if we do countertops.

So patient to show us multiple slabs until we were sure we found the right one for our room. We also got so much information to help guide us to what would work best for us. They answered all our questions and were very friendly and personable. This is the only place my husband and I would go for granite.

The guys in the back are awesome - super friendly and helpful, but the girls in the front, that you have to work with to buy your product are awful. They return 1 call or email for every 10 you attempt to make. Because of their lack of response my stone was cut smaller than I wanted. I have never been more frustrated with a company in my life. Ever! They actually never returned my neighbors call!!

Their pricing was reasonable; and they met all of their deadlines. It was an exciting process from start to finish . . . and we continue to enjoy the product.
