Palette Pro Painting & Renovation

Had an excellent experience with this company on a not-so-easy project. The builder we used had no idea what it was doing and had completely botched the sheetrock and paint job on a very prominent wall in our new home. Rafael was our PM and was professional and patient; I knew we were in great hands. Couldn't be happier with the finished product. I do not take for granted finding professionals who know what they're doing! Don't hesitate to book.

I have used Palette Pro on two occasions: initially (in 2021), to prepare my new apartment prior to moving in. This involved painting, refinishing floors, and building new radiator covers. The work was done while I was out-of-state and I was a bit nervous about not being on site to make sure that everything was done properly. However, I needn't have worried. Palette Pro's crew, overseen by Willian, took care of every detail exactly as I had specified. All work was done to a very high standard. A few months ago (early 2022), after some water damage to my apartment, I contacted Palette Pro to have them repaint a bathroom and a portion of a bedroom. Rafael Ventura was very helpful in accommodating my schedule, and made sure that the work could be completed before an upcoming furniture delivery. Palette Pro provides a very high standard of service and workmanship. I highly recommend them!

I was referred to Palette Pro from a friend who had seen their work and was highly impressed. I called and spoke to Sophie who gave me as much information as possible and asked me to send pictures of my kitchen cabinets. She said Rodrigo would get back to me with a price to have the cabinets painted. He was very timely in sending me a detailed email with exactly what would be done and the cost. I sent a third of the cost as a deposit the end of March 2022 and work began the middle of May 2022. I was told that Adrian was going to be my painter and that he would arrive between 8:30am and 9:30am. The Palette Pro van was parked in front of my house at 8:15am! Adrian Jr. and Adrian Sr. arrived ahead of schedule and immediately started removing all the cabinet doors and hardware. All the relevant hardware was left on the adjoining shelf. Except for the machinery they used, they worked as quiet as 'church mice'. Once the doors were removed, they were taken back to Palette Pro for refinishing. Adrian Jr. said it would take approximately one week. One week later both gentlemen were back and on the job before 8:30am to paint the fixed cabinets. They METICULOUSLY taped paper and plastic drop cloths on everything not to be touched by paint. They started painting in the afternoon with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of the color the following day. They returned on the third day to replace all the doors, hardware and remove all the drop cloths, paper, tape and their equipment. There was NOTHING for me to clean up only to replace the kitchenware back in the cabinets. I cannot say enough of the workmanship, professionalism, punctuality and friendliness of these 2 men. If I could I would give them 10 stars! Thank you Adrian and Adrian and thank you Rodrigo for sending them to do my kitchen! A job extremely well done and second to none.

I have used Palette Pro for multiple projects over the last 6 years. Initially, I gave them a glowing review for multiple jobs, superbly done. More recently, I had them do the exterior of my home, they provided a sloppy crew who caused endless problems. The company responded by sending a better painter, who completed the job. Currently, I asked them for interior paint and floor refinishing. The floors were done poorly, result was blotchy and did not match the existing floors. After multiple requests, the manager, Rafael Ventura, did come to view the job, his reaction was not satisfactory. My impression is that they started out with high standards, grew, and now have too many poor quality subcontractors. Too bad, as I’m now moving, and need work to be done again. I do not recommend this company

Palette Pro did an outstanding job on our house. Previous contractors would not touch the mirror on our dining room wall without tearing down the wall (a very expensive project that we did not want to tackle). We called Palette Pro and they came over to our house almost immediately. They explained how they could remove the mirror and sent us an estimate which was reasonable and fair. Following this project we then called Palette Pro to repair and paint the outside window trims, entry and kitchen doors and, repair kitchen railing as well as the bay windows. The job was scheduled and the crew came to our house on time and completed the various jobs with attention to detail. Palette Pro called in a carpenter and mason for the necessary repairs and painting. Inside the house, Palette Pro workers also painted our banister and repaired a wall between the main floor and the basement. The workers Palette Pro sent showed up always on time and demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of their specialty and trade. When the work was completed, they cleaned up without leaving a spot of dirt. Very professional and efficient workers and staff.

Great job repainting my kitchen cabinets. I had 2 cabinet doors that needed to be redone & Palette Pro took care of my problem immediately no questions asked. That means a lot in my book!
