Panache of Amarillo

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nikki and the whole Panache team and store! Nikki and I worked together for over a year designing and sourcing items for our new home. I felt comfortable to share my opinions through the whole process and ultimately have a home that well exceeded my expectations. Nikki was so great at listening to my abstract ideas on the house and certain rooms and finding the perfect balance with her own knowledge and ideas as well as product to make the home cohesive, well suited for our family, and very much "us". We hit several bumps in the road along the way (unrelated to Nikki) and she did such a good job of going with the flow and keeping me at ease that everything was going to work out and that the end product would be worth the wait :) I wish I had another project in the works so I could work with them some more!!

Nikki Frazier and Panache are AMAZING! Nikki designed both of our Amarillo and Lubbock offices (Attorney Dean Boyd) and our private home. I just can't say enough positive things about working with her. She listens carefully, maintains constant contact, and immediately learns your "likes" and "dislikes" to produce a stunning, finished design.

Nikki and the Panache team were fantastic to work with. She was always extremely responsive and patient throughout the process, even when I changed my mind three times on the draperies for my home! She kept providing different options for consideration and I was ultimately so thrilled with the final product. Her timelines were always realistic and she communicated throughout the process if there were any delays. I'm extremely satisfied with the design touches Nikki did for my home and will certainly use her again.
