Paradise Ponds and Waterfalls

Jeff did an excellent job cleaning my backyard pond which had been neglected. He listened to my concerns about the net hindering the growing plants. He replaced the pump and provided a water treatment solution so I can handle maintenance on my own. I highly recommend Paradise Ponds and Waterfalls!

Jeff is an outstanding professional. I was having problems with the Koi pump. I sent him a text with a picture of the problem. He gave me advise on trouble shooting the problem. Jeff is always able to fit me in whenever I have an emergency. I highly recommend him.

I inherited a koi pond with the purchase of my home and was immediately in over my head with a broken pump and an elusive leak. Jeff replace the pump and kept returning to my home to get to the bottom of the cause of the leak in my pond. He was very responsive to phone calls and texts and went above and beyond. He did find the source of the leak and fixed it. We will continue using Jeff and highly recommend his company.

We are very happy with the outcome of this project. We had a water fountain in our backyard that was not functioning well. Jeff met with us to understand what our needs was and provided a couple of alternative designs and also his recommendation. His recommendation was the perfect solution for us. He also provided an estimate that we felt was very reasonable and we did not have to negotiate with him. Jeff has stopped by a couple of times since the work was completed just to check in if everything was working well. We had a big family event in the summer and he stopped by before that to ensure that everything was in working shape and clean. We very much appreciated that. We used Paradise Ponds to install a pondless waterfall near the front entry of our house. Jeff came for an initial consultation and actually looked at our yard and helped us decide the best placement for our water feature. The work was done in a timely manner and within the budget we had discussed. The pond is beautiful and people that come to our home always comment on how attractive it is! Jeff and crew came out and built my 11' x 16' pond with stream and waterfall. I told Jeff what his budget was, what I wanted and they created a masterpiece for me. They were very careful in digging when it was discovered my septic system was not where it showed it should have been on the original permit. He knew I loved to garden and wanted Koi, so they created several areas where I could plant and lots of hiding places for the Koi. It was a pleasure working with everyone. I absolutely love, love, love my little piece of paradise and my only wish, if I had additional funds, would be for a larger pond. I would recommend Paradise Ponds and Waterfalls to anyone who thinks a pond is in their future.

About two months ago, Jeff and his crew did a wonderful job constructing our waterfalls and koi pond. Although my wife and I had an initial idea of what we wanted we decided to allow Jeff to best design according to our lay of the land and our existing patio. We sure did make the right decision! Jeff and Paradise Ponds installed a koi pond and waterfall for me 9 months ago. Jeff had great design ideas and install took about 4 days. I have owned a lot of toys and made many home improvements over my 56 years, but none that have brought the pleasure and pride of ownership as the pond.
