Still love my 15 year old Jefferson Home. Working with Pat Stack was a great experience. I was able to build the home of my dreams and I still have people inquiring about who built my home because after all this time it still looks new! It isn't often that you do a project and end up with a family friend but Pat is that guy. He still answers the phone when I contact him to ask for help maintaining my home. Working with Jefferson Homes has been a great experience so far. The process has been smooth and collaborative — he is easy to work with, listens carefully, and communicates clearly. I’ve purchased two homes from Jefferson Homes — the first in 2005, and I liked it so much that I bought my second, larger home in Vienna in 2020. Having lived in Vienna for over 20 years, I’ve come to know the quality of many local builders, and Jefferson is truly at the top. They use the highest quality materials, and their workmanship and finishes are outstanding. Pat Stack goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is right and every question is answered. Excellent builder. We bought a Jefferson Home three years ago and couldn't be happier. We feel our home is well built and the builder has been available whenever we have questions about things in the house and helped us with our yard improvements. Very professional and easy to work with.

We hired Jefferson Homes to build our custom home. Pat Stack is a gentleman and helped us every step of the way from land acquisition to design, to construction. Going through the design and selection process can take time and often includes some last-minute changes. Pat was very accommodating and patiently explained our possibilities. The end result is a unique home that we love and the quality has been tremendous. One area of concern was keeping water out of the basement as this area has very high groundwater. After 9+ years, we'eve never hard a hint of a problem.
