European Landscaping

I should have written this year's ago to help others but thought they were out of business. We had them do our front walkway, put some edging around the front garden and put river rock in a dead area where we had 2 pavers down in one corner in 2022. It was delays after delays, yes coming tomorrow but didn't show up. Equipment left on our front yard for weeks. I guess to show they would eventually be back? The river rocks were put down without removing the pavers... just thrown on top. They were to put landscape material down first so as not to get weeds..... not done. We had garden edging down but wanted it changed to match the new walkway. They didn't follow what was there and only put it 3/4's of the way around the garden. Had him fix that but then realized they used bricks with the bumps on top that required another flat stone to be put on top. He offered to come and somehow sand the bumps off. No, I wanted the proper bricks. Communications ended and we were left to fix it ourselves. It's a father and son team and I would get different answers from each of them but what was common was, "don't listen to him, he doesn't know". Needless to say it was a terrible experience and I would never recommend them.

Pathetic service! They simply abandoned the work mid way, left everything- the stones, the soil, even their equipments as is in the backyard for over two weeks. When we called, the person said he had back ache which is understandable but he constantly said I will come, and he never showed up. They even asked for 50 % deposit for the shitty job they did. When we asked them to take their Equipments, they simply barged in our back door and threw the left over soil on the grass they got mad because we had hired someone else to do the job. When they left, they made racial comments, asking us to go back to our country as if they are thriving in their own country.

Absolutely horrible with communication. Been waiting 8 weeks for a job to be started that they said would be finished May 10th. Consistently say they will show up and then don’t. I’m very understanding with delays because of COVID and then power outages, and very flexible with getting our job done, but when you’ve promised a date of May 10th and it’s now June 19th and you no show, I have my problems.

They did an amazing job for our family and very affordable. Front walkway and backyard patio.And sealed after for good price.

Poor communication - consistently says they’ll be here on any given day and does not show up. Can’t finish my job that should have been done in a weekend, in over a month. Nice guys.. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt that Covid has made things difficult. I was very disappointed to see them start a new job across the street when they could not spend the time to finish my job. A total of 12 hours spent on my neighbors that could have been used to finish mine. They misquoted and mismeasured the job so they ran out of stones to finish the job. They messed up the pattern in the walk way (2 rows are completely off pattern. To make things right they offered to seal the stonework with a sealant. They used two different types of sealant and my walk way now looks permanently wet. Stay away. Do not recommend.

Such an amazing job they did my landscaping and I couldn't be happier with the job they have done for me and my family, they also did my basement and it's amazing what they have done, I'll Definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
