Quality Granite & Cabinets

We were building a new house and really focused on creating the perfect kitchen. Chris and peter helped us with the stone selection process and had a exotic stone on site that was perfect for our kitchen. We also had a tile budget for our fireplace surround and we asked if this was something they could do with stone and pointed us to some additional material that they had on site. It really makes the process a lot easier when the material is right in front of you. The fireplace insert would not fit in place after install do to a mistake that I made not them, and chris came right back out and made the modification right on the spot. We went back 3 weeks later for a small piece for the laundry room and they took care of us right away. They have a pretty large selection of remnants. The process was very smooth and easy to work with them and our builder. I would defiantly recommend them to others.. actually my wife already has and is very happy with their countertops.

We had a great experience with Quality Granite. We met Peter and Jeff in the show room. Jeff was great in helping us pick out our granite. It was a very low pressure environment which made the experience very good. Dylan and Justin were our installers they were timely and professional and did a great job with the install. They were also very informative in regards to the material and gave us the instructions we needed to take care of our counters moving forward. Overall this was an excellent experience.

I am very happy with the granite installation of my kitchen counter tops. There was an issue after the install, but it was taken care of immediately and a huge thank you goes out to Peter for taking care of it. I would also like to thank Jamie for taking the measurements and Dillon and Justin for a great install. I would and already have recommended Quality Granite to others.

Very pleased. Never felt rushed when choosing slab/style with Jeff nor when doing the layout with Peter, Mario and Chris. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and professional. Jamie was very particular and took thorough measurements. Dylan and Justin were meticulous and exacting during install. With each facet timing was earlier than expected. Getting a granite counter-top should be an exciting experience after all it will last a lifetime. Unfortunately getting a granite counter-top that has seams where they should not be will last a lifetime as well especially when it was not as discussed and the owner will not even come out to see the mistake that was made. My wife has waited forty years for a granite counter-top and we saved our money and made it a Christmas present to ourselves. It is not a fun Christmas when your wife is in tears and we feel we have been taken advantage of by Quality Granite
