To Whom It May Concern: Paul Janicki is our architect every time we need help with our circa1905 house. We could never manage it without him. The three projects he designed and oversaw are: the kitchen and adjacent sunroom, the screened-in porch and front porch, the second floor laundry, master bathroom, office, and hall. In every case, he was sensitive to our needs and wishes. He did not let outdated piping or house structure deter a vision. Paul designed a three story addition to our landmark home. We wanted to the work to feel like it was original to our historic home while incorporating all modern amenities. Paul has worked on both a finished basement remodel and a complete ground-up garage to compliment our 1899 Victorian in Evanston, IL. Our "new" garage won a city Preservation Award for design that compliments our 115yr old home.
