We are a residential Design & Build company providing architectural design and construction management for homeowners who love where they live, but no longer love their house. We specialize in reconfiguring and redesigning existing spaces as well as adding square footage to homes. We also custom build new homes. Our skilled team, transparent communication and straight-forward process provides an elevated experience for our clients.

Have used Paul Kowalski Builders on two remodels on my 1970's lake house. Paul and his team took a small lake house that had some previous hodgepodge additions and turned it into a cohesive contemporary lake house with great flow. Paul and his team, especially Dean and Michelle, are easy to work with and helped to turn our vision into reality. It makes it easy when working with a design and build firm.

Paul Kowalski and I hosted,during the Dilworth Tour of Homes, one of his renovation projects. It was an impecable renovation and I was so inspired! Paul's professional, yet friendly approach with his clients makes him a builder that stands out! We had a great evening as so many tourists enjoyed seeing this lovely property in Dilworth in Charlotte, NC. I highly recommend Paul Kowalski Builders to everyone.
