Paul Streeter and Stuart Sampley make a great team. Even with supply chain challenges and labor shortages, our project was a success and we love our newly remodeled home. Paul is an expert builder, straightforward, and easy to work with.

Camelot Custom Homes built a fantastic house for our family. In addition to the top quality construction, they offered valuable pre-construction consultation services. Worked with us and our architect of design of our home and also material selections. Our architect wanted only the nicest fanciest materials. Camelot, on the other hand, offered suggestions on where we might save money on materials. This gave us some options to save money where expensive materials would not be noticed and then we had additional budget more expensive materials in high traffic areas. We also appreciated the proactive communications....whether good or bad, Camelot Construction was direct and transparent about what was happening. We always felt informed. The short version of this is, we liked them and would hire them again.

Paul at Camelot Custom Homes was the builder for our recently completed home on Shoalwood Ave. We found him to be honest, straight forward, and good at keeping costs low. There were some hiccups in the schedule, mostly due to a shortage of workers and materials due to the pandemic. But Paul did his best to keep things moving. I would use Paul and Camelot again if building another home. His assistant Clara was also very helpful.

We used Paul Streeter, Camelot Custom Homes, for our new home build. It started out as a remodel and then turned into a hybrid rebuild using the existing slab. This was a complicated project due to its proximity to a lake. Paul knocked it out of the park. The new house is absolutely stunning, and his quality of work is impressive.

After interviewing several builders, we chose Paul Streeter to build our home and we are so glad. He has an excellent design eye, superb attention to detail, strong adherence to our budget, and really great experience. Plus, he is really nice to work with. We really loved working with Paul to build our home! He and his team are very thoughtful about construction, but also move at a great pace to finish on time. When I talk with friends, most are not happy with their builders and have plenty to complain about. Not us! We are so happy with the product and level of finishes. At the end of the day, Paul wants his clients to be happy and that really shows throughout the whole process. He finished on time and within budget!

We had an extremely complex remodel and Paul got it done in an efficient and effective manner. In today's Austin construction market it is tough and expensive to build--we were thankful to have Paul and his high quality, reliable crews on our project. Ours is the Brady Lane project on this site.

We worked with Paul on a major remodel of our home. Paul was always accessible and quick to respond. We added to the scope of the project and Paul was willing to take on more. We are very picky about finishes and required a few things to be touched up, and Paul was always accommodating, as well as being proactive in monitoring the work of the subs. The budgeting, reporting and billing were on time and thorough and we very much appreciated Paul’s open communication and collaborative efforts. Paul was present on the job site and we felt like he kept control of the entire project. Paul is skilled at sourcing high-end options at cost effective prices that allowed us to stretch our budget. He has long-term working relationships with highly skilled subcontractors. We are very happy with the end result and would work with Camelot again.
