PaverScape did two jobs for us. After torrential rainfalls water would back up and puddle behind our house and almost form a lake in our driveway. The job they faced was to get that water to flow from the backyard, down the driveway, and into the gutter at the street. PaverScape created a Blue Stone Patio behind our house. Our garden room with sliding glass doors, now opens out onto a gorgeous patio. Their stone mason was able to blend the patio between a brick step, a brick wall and the landscape. The patio feels as if it is level, but it is actually graded so that water now flows from the backyard to the parking pad, the driveway, and on down to the street. We have had water up over our ankles puddle in our driveway and flood our front beds. PaverScape was able to pour a concrete driveway and parking pad between four different heights perfectly sloped to drain the water away from our home towards the street gutters! It was a pleasure watching the mason coordinate all the different facets come together to make that happen. The team protected an existing driveway from any truck spillage. They removed a ton of crushed concrete. They outlined the new driveway and parking pad. They measured how high the driveway needed to be to blend all the different existing heights. It was determined the driveway would now be about 2.5 inches above the existing blue stone walkway. No problem! Six feet of the walkway was removed and replaced with new blue stone, blending the difference in heights perfectly with the walkway and the new driveway. Another beautiful piece of work! PaverScape also placed access pipes under the driveway and walkway. They graded around the patio and driveway, and they put down pine straw to complete the job. The PaverScape owner, Administrative Assistant and Operations Manager made many visits at various times during the entire process. Since the installation we have had a torrential rain, and the water flowed smoothly from the backyard, over the patio, and through to the side yard and driveway. No puddles! It was a real pleasure watching two different artisan stone mason work. Their attention to detail made it all work perfectly. I highly recommend PaverScape for any of your hardscape needs.

Paverscape is very professional and does a great job. Very easy to work with and has great communication. We have even hired to do our monthly lawn care which is hard to find a good reputable company as well.

We hired Paverscape to do edge our gravel driveway and create a front step to our house with pavers. We were extremely happy with the results. David and his crew were very helpful and courteous. They, also, did some landscaping in our front yard and did a nice job. We would highly recommend them!

I have used PaverScape for my last 2 spec houses and they have been wonderful. From landscaping design, to fence work, to paver work, etc. They cover all the base's. David has always been on time and has always delivered exactly what we agreed on.

I hired PaverScape to dig up an existing driveway and replace it with oyster shell concrete bordered by bricks. They also extended our walkway with the same bricks. The bricks they used are handmade, and they are made to look old which was just the look we wanted for our home in downtown Charleston. The workers were very reliable and came on time so they were able to get the job done quickly. Amy, the woman who answers the phone, was extremely helpful also and very easy to talk to. Overall an excellent job, I would definitely use again.

PaverScape did an awesome job landscaping our yard and the area around our pool. They've done a great job maintaining the property and we're extremely helpful and prompt helping us deal with some of the damage from the hurricane. Good people!

My wife and I had a patio that included a sitting wall, fire pit and stairs. The job was completed in a timely manner with subtle changes in the design after the work began. Other than some extra "cleaning up" that I did myself of some crushed stone and sand around the original worksite, we would recommend, and have recommend this company to others.

David and his company took out our existing driveway and garage entrance. He then put in a new driveway and garage area ( approx. 80 yards) using pavers. We then had David come back and install a new patio(approx. 30' x 30') and fireplace pit for us. The cuts and the straightness of the pavers were beyond precise. My wife and I could not have been any more pleased. It was a MAJOR undertaking on our part but David and his OWN guys were the best. It has been years and his work looks as good as day number one. There has been no settling at all. David's pricing on our job was the lowest of our 3 bids. We were going with him even if he came in above the others. The reason being his explanation of how the job was going to progress. I believe he was within a day of the initial proposed completion date. They were so clean and were really respectful of our lawn and dogs. This is a strong a company as you will ever find. David Lugo is a fine man. I trust him more than words can describe. PaverScape installed a small bluestone patio for us. The quality of workmanship is excellent. The owner, David Lugo, was extremely helpful in creating the best design for the limited space we had to work with. He also supervised the project from start to finish. We hired David Lugo of Paverscape to install a bluestone patio in our garden and we are very pleased with the result! The design blends beautifully with the historic Charleston brickwork previously in place, and we now have a perfect area for entertaining!

At the "end of the day", the project turned out as I had imagined. It has a "wow appearance". That's what I asked for. Getting to the end of the day was less than enjoyable. We got very frustrated with the length of time it took to complete. Other than that........great job!

We chose Paverscape because of David Lugo's friendly and professional attitude when he showed us his extensive work and pictures portfolio. We had a 750 square-foot patio built, some old brick planters demolished, and some landscaping done. We chose the high quality new tumbled Belgard Dublin Cobble 3pc concrete pavers Paverscape offers.David also recommended installing corrugated pipes under the patio to connect the gutter downspouts to the drainage swale to prevent the rain from sipping under the patio. He also used pipes installed under the patio so we would be able to add lighting on the center planter. David's professional hardscape team was very courteous, professional and friendly, and did a remarkable job. I really appreciated the guys arriving on time and working late to finish the work. Our project start date had to be pushed back and was shortly interrupted once because of the heavy rainfall we had this summer and Paverscape's being in high demand!! The landscape team was knowledgeable and friendly. The price was reasonable considering the size of the patio and what another company had previously quoted us. The patio looks beautiful, even at night thanks to the LED spots lighting the trees and reflecting on the patio. We are very pleased with the outcome.
