This place is a joke all the cabinets made by them are not good . They send me damage doors, knobs, and they never send me my product on the day they are suppose too. Their management is so off, not to say that the front desk is so rude, and unprofessional. I do not recommend this to anyone don't waste UR money on this company I advise u !

BUYER BEWARE: About a year ago we bought RSI (Villa Bath) cabinets through Lowe's for our bathroom remodel and I would not recommend them to anyone. We bought 2 sink vanities, a set of drawers and a 2 piece linen cabinet, spending just under $1500. I installed the cabinets following the manufacturers instruction but we immediately had trouble with the drawers closing correctly. I contacted Lowe's to complain and was told the manufacturer refused to replace the drawers. It's been a year and the drawers are still not working properly. The top drawer usually closes correctly, the middle drawer closes correctly about 50% of the time and the bottom drawer never closes properly...it has to be forcefully shoved closed every time. When closed sometimes the face of the drawers aren't aligned with each other. Part of the problem may be they use plastic guides at the back of the cabinet that "float", causing the drawer to close differently. Attempts to adjust the drawers didn't help. Also, the stain color on the trim for the two-piece linen cabinet is substantially darker making are trim pieces stand out against the lighter cabinet body.

I would have given less stars if I were able to. In October 2014, we had our kitchen remodeled. The company purchased our cabinets from PCS 11350 Riverside Dr. Mira Loma CA 91752. Two cabinets arrived damaged, the damages were not fixed. After the installation I was told by the installers that they had lots of problems with this company and their products. They handed me a Mohawk Ultra Mark pen to cover the chips, scratches, marks, gouges, and so forth. The cabinet drawers have scratches on every drawer, one has a 2 inch by 1 inch piece missing totally. The installers used the pen in one place and it left a gray mark in the middle of the cabinet. The drawers are wood not white as the cabinets. The cabinet doors are all crooked and blemishes along the lines from bottom. The drawers scrape going in and out and they do not close easily. I've called this company several times, no answers to my messages, sent two letters one regular mail and one certified. They did not accept the certified letter. They must have got the first one, it did not come back. Previous to the letters, Rep( Mitch) came out and said he would replace two cabinet fronts and one drawer. I told him then with witnesses I was not happy with that resolve. 7 weeks later I was told by the installing company they had got to their shop, however they have never come over with the items to install. I was never given any warranties, instructions for care, or quality for my money. The cabinets are JUNK, look like used products and do not even work properly. If anyone would like to see photos I'd be happy to share via e-mail. They have their money and after that left us with much loss both financially and emotionally. I was told these cabinets would take five weeks after ordering. It was more like 8 weeks, as the 3 replacements took 7 weeks. I had no kitchen for over two months and even then I did not use cabinets as I was hoping for resolve or at least a call. This company seems to be using two names PCS and or RSI, hard to figure out.
