Zawadski Homes built our family a beautiful home on a lake lot. Zawadski Homes was very knowledgable and had extensive experience building on a lake lot. Our home was built with top craftsmanship, and also was on time and on budget. Zawadski Homes input and guidance during the design, selection, and building process resulted in a home that has exceeded our expectations and dreams. With this home, Zawadski Homes won an award in the 2013 Parade of Homes for the best home in its price range.

Zawadski Homes did a phenomenal job of building our dream home. They listened to our wants but also suggested options that we would not have thought of and ultimately were so happy we took their suggestions. I would highly recommend them as a builder or remodeler to anyone!

Zawadski Homes built our dream home on a lot we purchased that had a tear down home on it. They worked with us from the very beginning, helped in locating a property, designed and built the home. Steve could not possibly have been more responsive during the process, and continues as such. Although we love the home, I am happy to report that the worst day of the entire process was the day it was over and we couldn't work with Steve, Jay, and Sean anymore.

Zawadski Homes has helped me totally renovate an older home and then 15 years later they built a new home for me, from the ground up. They are very easy to work with. They communicate the details well. There are so many details in building a house, but I was never faced with unexpected costs or surprises. Everything is laid out in writing.They are very trustworthy, I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, or that their quality and craftsmanship was less than stellar.
