This reclaimed mantle not only added a special touch to my home but it became the focal point in my modern great room and a beautiful conversation piece. good guys. they had a schedule conflict and couldn't come when they were supposed to because another job ran over, and had to come much later. We were under a deadline with company coming for the first time and made special arrangements to come and work in the evening. When they arrived they stayed all night to finish. Their work is excellent. I highly recommend them.

Pecky Cypress & More provided us 1x6 T&G and crown molding for a ceiling project that came prefinished. The Pecky material was of the highest quality compared to other vendors we've used in the past and the finishing was of the highest caliper. Mike's customer service was great. He provided me with pricing options and explained the different types of Pecky Cypress to me as well as aided me in the finishing selection. Delivery was coordinated with my jobsite super professionally and material came within the lead time provided.

I can't say enough about this company's quality of work and customer service. We wanted cerused Pecky Cypress doors and vanities - a specialized look that isn’t easy to achieve – and Mike’s team took their time and got it just right. The pieces are LOVELY. Beyond what we’d hoped for. These guys are artisans and Mike is a good communicator. If asked, I would suggest that one be specific about the project needs, set aside lots of time for the work to be created and to be prepared to be pleased.

We used 10" Pecky Cypress with a Square Cut Edge and a nickel sized reveal. It took a little longer then expected to receive, but was worth the wait. BEAUTIFUL!

I ordered several batches of virgin Pecky Cypress wood for my home remodeling project. Different types of stock were ordered and it was very easy to workout what would be best. Shipping was straightforward and one of the batches was badly damaged by the shipper. They handled this easily and gave me a discount on damaged wood and added more to the next shipment. We used a lot... The wood itself is beautiful, unique and fun to stain or clear coat. One thing buyers should be aware of is cleaning the wood. It will require a lot of brushing (hard bristle) to remove most of the rotted wood in the veins if you want to expose the full character. You also may want to consider a backing board painted dark because some of the best wood is rather "open" which can expose what is underneath. Regarding staining, I would suggest using Zar products for this wood although we used nothing else to test against because it worked better than anticipated.
