We employed Tom for two three types of things: We asked him to design our renovation of our first floor. Tom did a fantastic job in being creative with the space, solving problems expected and unexpected and drawing the visuals of the space so we could picture what it would look at. We asked Tom to draw a preliminary design sketch of a remodeling of our second home. Tom was able to efficiently give us an idea of our options on a quick timeframe and fair cost. It can serve as a foundation for our future plans, and we were also able to use them to show a prospective buyer of our home. We asked Tom to look at a variety of homes that we considering buying to help us get a handle on potential improvements/fixes. HIs observations were insightful and highly value-added. He was flexible and accommodating our schedule, and his fees were reasonable. Overall Tom is skilled, creative, responsive and flexible, and fair-priced. We highly recommend him.

Tom Pedrazzi took a complicated project and produced a simple but beautiful outcome. The project was that my small beach house on a very small plot in a difficult zoning area due to wetlands and flood zone, needed to be torn down and rebuilt. Tom worked with the surveyors, zoning board, designer and general contractor to make sure the vision was completed and the results have been beautiful.

We hired Tom Pedrazzi to design an extation for our cottage in Southampton. Tom was extremely accurate and meticulous in details. He was able to combine the new and the old building to make it look all one piece. A thoughtful, skilled, artistic architect who knows how to listen and execute. He also developed some creative solutions to certain problems (eg, a shower improperly draining). We enjoyed working with him and would do so again.
