** BUYER BEWARE ** PentaVia is a custom home builder in Westlake and surrounding area that builds multimillion dollar homes. Working with this builder has been frustrating, maddening, and disappointing. There were numerous problems, including poor quality workmanship and the use of inferior materials throughout. We found they employ inferior subcontractors. PentaVia would not honor the warranty and workmanship agreement - we came out of pocket thousands dollars to correct many defects. We presented our claims and expenses to Curt Dubose - the principle of PentaVia - who made commitments to resolve problems but failed to follow through. We regret buying a home from PentaVia.

Team did a superb job in building our dream home. Very flexible in meeting our custom needs and following through to get everything done right. Very happy with our new home. As expected with custom home building, challenges and delays always came up. Our team met each challenge well. We always felt like they were on our side and we were in the project together.
