We cannot forget the help which Mr. Robert gave us after our house was flooded with the water of Barker Reservoir in 2017. He was very supportive at this difficult for us time and gave us professional advices. The quality of the floors (wood and tiles) he delivered was at its best. We will always use his services and highly recommend him. Sorry that this review is late, but I have just find out where I can write it. Thank you, Mr. Robert!

Robert was highly responsive to our project to refinish our home’s current wood floors. He came and discussed the process and sent a detailed and reasonable estimate right away. Work started promptly on the agreed date. Sam and his team who refinished our floors did a very careful and attentive job. They are obviously quite seasoned and experienced. They removed the extremely dark stain down to the original white oak floor boards, sanded between coats and cleaned carefully, and applied 3 total coats of oil based polyurethane. The transformation from ldark to light has been amazing. The finish has held up extremely well for 7 months which speaks to future longevity. We were very careful to allow the polyurethane to cure and harden completely before walking on the floors. I would definitely use them again myself as well as recommend them to others.

Extremely grateful to Robert and his team for the work done at my home in Katy, Texas. They refinished and restained hardwood flooring in my living, dining, family room, kitchen, downstairs and upstairs hallways, and study. Job also included removing scratches from flooring and re-stain to custom color match. The team worked each day and finished in the time quoted and for the quoted price. Very happy with the color match --- it is perfect!

Robert did an excellent job. He guide me from the beginning on choosing best floor to the installation. I would recommend HC and I will hire them again if needed. They replaced carpet and installed hardwood floor in my house on four rooms and one big playroom. They accommodate their work to our schedule, and allocate additional resources to make it happen. They are very professional and respectful. I totally recommend this company.

The day we closed, still in my fancy digs, I pulled up to the house and started ripping up the carpet in the den of our very recently bought home only too pleased to find hardwood underneath. I ran to one of the home centers and rented a sander thinking I'd get to it myself. I THOUGHT I had sanded it down properly (Ha!) There was a troubling middle area of the floor that had planks of wood running perpendicular to the rest of the floor and I knew it was beyond my level of skill to fix. Almost on a lark, I contacted Robert via Houzz to see if I could get a quote for refinishing the floors. He came by, immediately pointed out how the rest of the floor was misaligned from one side of the patch to the other and gave me a very fair quote to remove the patch, blend the wood back together reusing as much of the original wood as possible and then refinish the entire room. Not only that, he could have his guys start the following day. Two days, it took. These guys showed up on time both days, worked their butts off all day, and though the jokes were apparently flying (I heard them laughing out loud with each other), it was never at the expense of doing the job at hand. By the end of the second day, I had pristine floors that look as though they were newly installed. Better than new, in fact, since I knew where it all started! I can't recommend these guys highly enough. If there were more stars to give them, I'd have gladly done so. Looking forward to working with them again in the future. There are a lot more wood floors in my house that could use their expertise. I'll be seeing them again soon, I'm sure.

Robert did an amazing job. I built a new house and had wood floors put in by another company. At first it seemed like they did a good job, but later when they started to buckle, it was determined that they did not do adequate prep work. Also when Robert came and repaired, he noted that that not any finishing sanding was done prior to the stain being applied. Now my floors look amazing thanks to Robert! I would highly recommend him!

As an interior decorator, I constantly work with various sub-contractors, and expect exceptional quality and professionalism from those I hire for my clients' and my own personal projects. I was blown away with the folks at Hardwood Creations. I requested they provide samples of the stain which they did and I was underwhelmed with the initial stain colors, so they provided 7 more samples and even custom mixed them until I was completely satisfied. They were incredibly professional, conscientious with not scraping our newly painted walls and worked around the clock, including Father's Day, to get us into our home for move-in day. They did a great job the first time so I called them back for more.Very skilled and professional. Always on time and friendly. The price was right.

This company is amazing. They were on time 100% of the time and usually early. They left the home clean and kept us informed every step of the way. They went well above our expectations. For example, we were bringing home new pieces of furniture and they dropped everything immediately from inside the house to help us unload. We never even had to ask. They made the entire process easy and never seemed put out by our numerous questions. Robert thank you very much for exceeding our flooring needs.

An undetected leak under the toilet in a small powder room left the hardwood floor stained forever. We were not sure we could ever match the 23-year-old hardwood floor in the rest of the house or if anyone could blend the damaged floorboards in with the undamaged boards. We are so pleased to report that the floor was repaired by two very professional and talented young men who did an outstanding job. We would definitely do business with Hardwood Creations again.
