The quality is very very good But the main reason for this review is the customer service is standalone the best I have ever seen in a company. I have had a lot of question while I was buying and building the pergola. Jeremy was so helpful. Other companies need to mimic customer support. Wow is all I can say. Incredibly nice and helpful.

Pergola Depot was incredibly helpful, super fast in responding to emails and questions, and had easy to find building resources available on their website. Not only that, but their products are absolutely gorgeous! We get so many compliments as guests enjoy our outdoor space under the beautiful shaded pergola!

Jermey was a get help in many ways including ordering, sizes, scheduling and delivery, installation instructions, and overall helpful information. He always returned my calls in a prompt manner when he was busy with another client. He always answered my questions with good complete information. The Pergola Depot parts came well marked with installation information, markings, pre drilled holes for screws and bolts. Assembly instructions were relative easy to follow and complete. Information about when to have and use additional people was informative, suitable, and fitting for the task.

We ordered the Big Kahuna 16x10 in cedar and we are extremely in love with it! The pergola makes the entire outdoor space ! It was extremely easy to put together , I put it together in about 5hrs myself from start to finish! When we called Pergola Depot about their pergolas we were so concerned ordering it online because it was so easy and everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable but I would recommend Pergola Depot to all! Thank you for making our backyard our own oasis!

After getting several pricey quotes for pergolas much smaller than this, I did a lot of searching online and decided to bite the bullet and ordered the 12’ x 15’ Sombrero. The whole process was a breeze and my dad and husband put it up in around 4 hours. We had a couple of questions about adding the swing and Jeremy responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall, quality product, superb customer service! I am very pleased with my new backyard living space!

Our community purchased the Big Kahuna pergola kit as an additional to our small park. We have had nothing but praise for its looks and quality from residents. It's styled well, solidly constructed and looks great in the location we chose. The staff at Joe's was very helpful and answered our many questions honestly. We were very impressed that the pergola was delivered as promised in spite of the havoc caused by hurricane Irma.
