I had a great experience building a home with Permian Homes. I quality of the homes is much better than the other semi-custom home builders in the area. They were also a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I highly recommend looking at Permian Homes for a quality home at a great value.

Permian Homes completed our home in August of 2015 and it is beautiful! We had a few hiccups during the construction process due to lack of communication within the company, but once we got a hold of the right people, the errors were corrected. Since then, we have had a few issues with the customer service department, but we are seeing improvements in that area as well. The only issue we are still unsatisfied with is the grading in our backyard. It caused our house to flood in Sep. of 2015. Permian installed gutters, as well as put in french drains to try and correct the problem. They told us that if that didn't correct the problem, they would regrade our backyard. I wish they would have just regraded it at the beginning, because now we find ourselves a little panicked every time it rains. Overall, Permian is a great company and we love the fact that they are local. We would suggest them to others who are looking to build but advise them to stay on top of the construction process.
