Where do I even begin? Perrino Custom Builders just completed a total remodel of our home and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. This was a significant, complex project and they delivered a result that is truly our dream come true — and due to changes in my schedule, they adjusted to accommodate and finish an entire month ahead of schedule. Donna was an absolute force as our project manager. Her attention to detail was exceptional — nothing escaped her eye. She kept the project moving, stayed ahead of every milestone, addressed our every need before we ask, and consistently went above and beyond what we could have expected. She is professional and exceptional in all details of the project, making sure options were presented and detailed correctly. Aretha, our designer, listened and understood our vision. She assisted with our selection process which then made the vision come to life in ways that exceeded our imagination. And Tony — as the owner of the company, remained personally involved throughout the entire process. That level of commitment from the top says everything about the culture and character of the Perrino organization. Beyond their professionalism, these are just wonderful people — warm, trustworthy, and genuinely invested in their clients. And the craftsmanship? Perrino built our house in 2014. Perrino provides the best value and service. During the build, the design team was extremely helpful in understanding our style and helping us plan the design. 5 years later, we continue to have no issues with the house. We recommend Perrino if you're looking for a home builder.

I have had the pleasure to work on more than 20 projects with Perrino over the last 4 years. They are one of the best builders I have worked with in the 15 years I have been in the industry. They offer complete solutions, have a wonderful design team, and do an excellent job with projects from start to finish. We are currently in the process of building our SECOND home with Perrino Builders. Our first home was built in 2007. We originally interviewed many builders prior to meeting Pat. I'll never forget the day we walked into his model home in Barrington.... I KNEW we found our builder! During the process of building I was pregnant and we were concerned about the added stress. I am pleased to say it was the most enjoyable, easy, professional and exciting experience. Pat and his staff guided us every step of the way and communicated expectations throughout the process. Not only did we have a BEAUTIFUL home but we developed the most amazing friendship. We never expected that throughout the building process (that was supposed to be so stressful) we would gain friends that have become family. I certainly do not know anyone that has developed this type of relationship with their builder. It reiterates Pat's commitment to making each project personal. We could NEVER imagine building with anyone else. We are so very grateful to Pat and his staff and are excited to watch our new dream home become a reality.

While we were considering building a new house, we saw the Perrino model home and fell in love with the style. We met with Pat and his architect several times to hammer out our design, picked out a lot and applied for a constuction loan. Pat knew what bank to send us to based on his experience. He was a huge help through the approval process. This was crucial because the average lender does not specialize in construction loans. Once we were approved, the building process began. They kept us updated on the schedule, met with us and answered any questions we had. Outside of the normal craziness of building a home (selections, budget, timeframe), it was a very smooth process. We still owned our other home at the time and were on a budget. They respected that and helped us stay within our budget. We've been in our house for almost 3 years and have had no major problems with it. They fixed any small issues we had at our 1 year warranty (standard stuff that happens as the house settles). We contracted Pat and his team to come back and finish our basement this past winter. Except for the occasional mess, it was also a very smooth process. We absolutley love it! I don't know that we'll have any other construction projects, but if we do, we'll call Pat and his team!

I would not even consider using another builder than Perrino Builders. The quality of work is second to none. Their vision, creativity, and ease of process made this experience for our family seem so simple. They have stayed in touch with us and our home was completed over two years ago. Whenever we had a new idea or wanted to change something, they were very accomodating. We are an extremely happy customer and our family loves our new home!
