After our previous home was destroyed by a fire, we worked with Peter to get the perfect, cozy, lakeside home we had only ever dreamed of. An absolute joy to work with during every step of the process. We couldn't be happier with the result and our friends and neighbors comment all the time about how nicely our floor plan "just works".

After nearly 30 years in our home, we were finally able to go ahead with our plan to convert two bedrooms and a bathroom into a master bedroom suite. We were fortunate to consult Peter Brooks, who was recommended by our daughter. She had added a wrap-around porch to her home and Peter had done the beautiful design for her. Peter was great - he listened to what we wanted and gave us various innovative options. He balanced addressing our vision with what was architecturally possible and offered many imaginative ideas to our plan. We would highly recommend Peter Brooks. Peter has designed a master bedroom and bath addition, he was fun and professional to work with. He listed to what I wanted and made my master suite dream come true! He even helped me to decide on some of the finishes! Peter has also designed a kitchen renovation and bonus room Reno...he put up with a million changes without getting impatient with me ! He has some great ideas!

Friendly, creative and fabulous! I had consulted with Peter on an interior project and liked him so much that I asked him to help me design my outdoor living space. Peter brought great ideas to my outdoor deck patio space. I had been struggling for a few months on how best to layout my very small backyard so that we could get an eating area and a fire feature and a bit of privacy. He solved a difficult drainage problem by embracing it and making it a feature instead of a problem. Within a day we had drawings to review. We have not built it yet - in HOA review -- but I will upload pics once the project is complete and the trees are planted. I have already asked him to help me on another project for a new not-for-profit.
