Peter helped us transform a dark neglected structure, in desperate need of attention. New windows, french doors, incredible lighting, and heated floors have created a welcoming light filled home that is the envy of all those who walk in the door. it was great to work with Peter who was able to quickly access our needs.

We hired Peter Morgan (at the recommendation of friends) to design and implement a renovation of our family room/kitchen space, master bedroom/bath, mudroom, laundry room, garage and garage apartment. Approximately 3200 square feet. Peter's likeable disposition and professional manner made him easy to work with...and his knowledge of space and materials blended well with what we had in mind. We're absolutely thrilled with the final product! I would recommend Peter to anyone considering building or renovating a home.

It was nice working with Peter on a covered patio project using heavy timber. We went through many schematics and revisions and I really liked the final design. He is very familiar with the permitting process and was very accomodative with the changes and clarification requested by the township. He engaged with the timber company during the design process which helped in balancing the aesthetics with the structural stability. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Peter was enthusuastic and instrumental in working with us to completely renovate our home from the studs on up. He was creative in designing and having a vision to introduce and incorporate the dormers, unique windows , redesigned fireplace and breezeway. He took on the challenge of space and was creative given the restrictions ,footprint , slab on grade and rooflines. We were genuinely pleased with all his input , and design on our project. I have worked with Peter Morgan extensively over the last ten years. We have done a major home renovation design on the house that my family is currently living in, while waiting for the construction of our dream home to be completed. The home was custom designed by Mr. Morgan, and he has overseen all facets of construction. The home should be completed in the next 6 months. Working with Peter has been an absolute pleasure. He is highly creative, and easily accessible. He works well with others, and has brought many key players to our team, including our builder and interior decorator. He meets deadlines on a timely basis, and is mindful of budgetary constraints. He is extremely patient, and takes great interest in his work. We are extremely excited to be finishing up this project, and moving into the home of our dreams. The only problem that my husband and I foresee, is that we are going to feel like empty nesters upon completion of the project. We will no longer be meeting with Peter, and the other members of our team, on a regular basis, since all services will be rendered. Their camaraderie and passion for their work will by greatly missed.
