I feel that the staging can easily get an extra 15-30k depending on the price range. The pricing is reasonable. I have never had one of their staged homes that didn't sell. Many sold before the expiration of removing the contents. The staff was a pleasure to work with.

Let me start this review off by noting I had never previously considered using a staging company when listing a home for sale. I had (falsely) assumed that potential buyers had vision, especially related to use of space and function. While preparing our unoccupied antique post and beam (circa 1900) Barn House to go to market, it became clear to me and my amazing realtor that this particular home needed not only a more defined vision of the space, but also could use some trendy "modern farmhouse" style. After researching options for Staging/Interior Decorating one company stood out as the "best of the best", P&J Company. Patti, Jill and Pam and their team did an amazing job. The quoting process was simple and straightforward, and surprisingly cheaper than I had envisioned. They took the time to gather all necessary information/pictures/dimensions to come up with a "winner vision" of space, furniture and decoration to bring out the best aspects of this unique floorplan. No detail went unnoticed. From the day of staging to final pickup, the communication and coordination with the team was flawless and extremely responsive. It is clear that all members of the team take personal pride in their work. The result - within 27 days of listing and multiple offers the selling process was complete with an accepted offer! There is no doubt in my mind that the small investment in utilizing Patti and her team delivered a quicker sale at a desirable price point.
