Patty (PM Interiors) and her team did a phenomenal job taking my kitchen from boring to elegant. I appreciated PM Interiors' professionalism, punctuality and the fact that they listened my needs. From the moment I met Patty to discuss my project she listened attentively and worked to be sure she fulfilled my wishes from beginning to end while respecting my budget. From start date to finish the project stayed on schedule as was promised. Without hesitation PM Interiors would be my choice for future projects. Patty just recently completed a bathroom for myself and my family and we cannot say enough great things about the work completed. Patty was professional and creative. I wanted a designer's help to redo my kitchen as I had no idea where to start. I couldn't change the footprint but wanted to update and improve function. Patty and I worked.out a plan and went over it for any changes or additions.She responded in a timely manner and her contractors were professional, thorough, skilled AND cleaned up after themselves! Time lines for the construction were fairly short and the counter arrived in less than 2 weeks. Any concerns, changes or alterations were handled well and quickly. I am very pleased with my new kitchen and would highly recommend PM INTERIORS to anyone-especially if you are u sure how to go about a change!

It was wonderful working with Patty. She takes the time to understand your needs and works with you to meet these needs in a very pleasant manner. Her work with us involved working with items that we already had and decorating around them. Panels/blinds and upholster of dining room chairs and antique chairs. Update main bath. Panels, valances and rug in Great room. Granite countertop and new sink in kitchen. Her knowledge of design and decorating was priceless!

Patty provided excellent decorating ideas for updating my home from furniture selection and accesories to a complete redo of my bathrooms and laundry room. The end result was stunning! Patty was professional and thorough in her explanation of time lines and paid special attention to detail. Patty managed her crew well and checked in on the job frequently for updates on completion of deadlines. The contractors used were professional and courteous. It was a pleasure to work with Patty and her team.

We are thrilled with the results of our full renovation of the first and second floor of our home completed by P.M. Interiors. It was a pleasure working with Patty as she assisted us in deciding on materials and colour schemes and sourced materials for us. It was also a pleasure working with Patty and her team of contractors as they completed the work, which included full kitchen/powder room/laundry room/master bathroom (including walk-in shower) renovations, installation of new flooring throughout first and second floor, family room built-ins, opening up wall between kitchen and family room, new staircase banister, new doors, electrical work and top to bottom painting. Materials used were of the highest quality and through it all the full team displayed the utmost professionalism and excellent workmanship while always being sensitive to our personal needs and wishes. All phases of the work were completed on time and never exceeded quoted costs. Patty's commitment to post renovation support has also been demonstrated by her quick response to our need for minor adjustments to our walk-in shower as a result of shifting in the house due to temperature changes this past winter. We continue to be very happy that we selected P.M. Interiors for the update of our house.

I highly recommend Patti Milinkovich and her associates. Patty and her guys totally renovated the kitchen in my 1950's sidesplit. As well they replaced all my hardwood floors, did some cosmetic renovations in my living room, and painted my entire house. All of the problems I had with my old kitchen were solved, and the room looks great. We are very happy with the reno. The new colour scheme throughout the house is really attractive, and unifies the home is a lovely way. The new fireplace facade and bookcases in the living room are very well done. All the work was completed in a timely fashion. Patti was always available for discussion and reassurance. Any concerns were dealt with immediately.She has excellent people skills and dealt with all my neurotic questions and behaviours with aplomb. Her cost estimates were reliable- there were no cost overruns. I have already recommended Patti to a few of my friends and will continue to do so. I will hire Patti for future work.

Patty assisted me in redecorating two bedrooms. I am extremely pleased in the results. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Patty renovated my mother-in-laws kitchen and master bathroom. She does amazing work and transforms peoples homes. My husband and I are starting to build a home out in the country next year and Patty will be helping us design our dream kitchen and will help us decorate our home.
