We were designing and building a house in South Carolina while still living and working in Illinois. It was critical that we find a designer who would be flexible to work with us and be our eyes and ears on the job site. We were so blessed to have had Renee recommended to us by our architect. From the beginning Renee understood our vision for our coastal retirement lifestyle and design aesthetic. She is a consummate professional working with builders, suppliers and subcontractors. Our builder and his staff were blown away by her organizational skills and the ease with which she worked with them. She is extremely reliable and will always be at meetings on time and answers phone calls and texts promptly. She respected our budget and when we found an item we loved but was over our budget Renee was able to find a similar less expensive item which gave us the same look. Renee has a love and energy for her profession which is authentic and she is a delight to work with. We give Renee a 10 out of 10 from our experience!

Renee Anthony did a fabulous job helping us with a major remodel of our 4,500 square foot home. She has great taste and is so easy to work with. She designed everything from new kitchen and master bath layouts, all new cabinets, counters, flooring, window treatments, paint, down to even the decor for the shelves and walls. After getting to know our taste and style, she gave us a few options to choose from for each decision, which made the process so much easier! She also was mindful of our budget, and where necessary was able to come up with lower budget options that still look great. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and will definitely use her for any future projects!

Renee has the highest praise from my husband and me. We love her vision, it just speaks to us, like she knows what is in our head only better. We have used Renee for our beach house a few years back and then again for our mountain house just a year ago. Renee is always professional, her work quality is above and beyond and always on budget!

Renee is the best- very professional yet laid back & receptive to all my ideas. I used her for more than one project. She totally incorporated what I had as well as suggesting new furniture pieces & accessories . Immediately suggested paint colors that look fabulous. Wish I had found her years ago. !!!!! She added details that made the project POP.

Renee was easy to work with and gave great design advice. Designing a six-bedroom house has been an overwhelming task for me and she provided us with a "Master Plan" for our home. This allowed us to implement her design suggestions as we were ready. Something I've really enjoyed doing.

Renee is an excellent interior designer who is responsive, reliable and very good at her job. She knows how to work very well with contractors and builders during the design process, make strong recommendations and then execute all interior items on time and budget. We highly recommend her and plan to work with her on custom home and renovation projects in Charleston.

Renee at Polish and Pop is the BEST! We did not know her before hiring her for a large renovation project (office and retail storefront). We are so glad we did! Renee Anthony is quite simply the best. We bought a new home while living in another state, and asked for her help with the kitchen, bath, main living areas, lighting, plumbing, and window treatments. Renee very carefully listened to us and gained an appreciation for both our design sense and our life style. Renee was so professional and respectful when coming into our home to give us advice. We were interested in a plan that we could aim for understanding we had a budget and couldn't afford to buy everything at once, Renee gave us just that. She provided by room two options for each space and different ideas. this has been super helpful as we collectively try to make sure we are purchasing things that will go well together over time. She also provided us a paint guide for the whole house which is SUPER helpful as you are trying to make sure rooms go together and have a theme to your house. Renee also provides knowledge and expertise to areas we know nothing about, curtain length, rug size and wall decor. It has been a pleasure to work with her and have her work within our budget limits.

Renee has created our dream home! She helped build our home from the ground up. She was our design coordinator and worked on everything from the design of our home, picking out lighting, cabinets, plumbing, (etc etc), tile drawings, paint, layouts, furniture, colors, etc etc! Renee was organized, prepared, timely, creative and budget conscious. She added wisdom and perspective in situations that needed answers and provided creativity to every aspect of our home. Poor Renee was inundated with constant emails from me or a supplier and she responded to each one timely, well spoken and friendly. Every person that builds a home needs a Renee! She was a lifesaver for us and saved us money! Renee never settled, she wanted every detail to be perfect, every corner and square inch of the house to be beautiful and unique. She always considered my thoughts and questions. There were times where I’d say “I can not decide, you decide for me” - That is how much trust I have in her. Most of all she appreciated my taste and helped to create something beautiful with it. She was a life saver during the process and saved us money and sanity. She made the building and design process fun!
