The experience we had with The Pool Man was outstanding from the first time we contacted them, all the way through the construction process, until we were able to enjoy the finished pool. The entire process was remarkable in how smooth it was overall. There were a few minor delays - all weather-related - but our construction foreman, Jon, worked diligently to minimize their impacts, pulling the delayed work in to reduce the impact to the construction schedule. It has been very easy to get in contact with the correct person when needed. We are very satisfied and thrilled with the finished pool. Our designer, Wes, came up with several very good ideas, which we were able to customize to better meet our vision. We were able to have a pool that was more than we originally thought, but remained well within our budget.

The design and sales process was great with Wes Colby. The builder we had was David Beckmann and was awesome. The contractors and the maintenance team were all prompt, honest and professional. We would recommend the Pool Man to others.

The Pool Man planned and built a beautiful pool for us. The process was fun, and they were so easy to work with from our very first appointment. They communicated well during the process and the final product is a dream come true!

We used the Pool Man to design and build our outdoor pool, hot tub, kitchen, patio, cabana bath and storage. They were communicative and professional through the whole process, and we are very happy with the end result. Wes was our sales and design contact, and David was our contact superintendent during the build. They were both great to work with, patient while working through our HOA approvals, communicative on scheduling and progress expectations, and overall great to work with. We have done a lot of work in different projects from here on this new build and our last home and this was honestly one of the best experiences we have had with contractors ever and THE best experience in Texas by far. We had multiple bids and felt the cost was well within the ballpark, especially with the quality and service received. I would definitely recommend working with this company love the installation, look, and functionality and using it almost daily. We have had a few minor issues and both the cabana and pool company have been very responsive and corrected everything in a timely manner. Very happy and good customer service. Note I learned that I thought would be helpful on the system and design planning: - I am very happy with the inground cleaning system now, however, I was uncertain about going with the inground cleaning system as multiple other companies said they were not worth it and would not recommend. I read up on them and found there are a few good systems out there and many that do not work well. This one has worked fabulously for us. We have very clear water; this is our first pool, and we are maintaining it ourselves. We recommend a system like Sutro which makes maintenance very simple by testing and app control. Our neighbor decided on a cheaper version with an alternate pool contractor that is ok but has not worked as well. - If I ever do this again, I will consider the pebble sheen vs tec to be a little less abrasive, but we like the product overall and are quite happy. - I would not do a lip overhang of the coping but recommend a flat wall look. It looks amazing so no complaints there, but it gives a little protected area for spiders to live around the pool edge. A smooth edge would prevent that.

Adding a pool to your existing home can be an overwhelming task. We did our due diligence and obtained several quotes and researched companies, but The Pool Man far exceeded the rest in design and function. From our initial contact, through out the entire build, the staff was professional, friendly and easy to work with. Being able to see functioning “mini pool” examples at their outdoor display facility near Tomball was a huge help in making choices and decisions. It became obvious to us they would build a beautiful pool, and the in floor pool cleaner was game changer. After years of dealing with a whip tailed Polaris cleaner, this built in floor cleaning system is awesome! We highly recommend The Pool Man, they will build you a beautiful, and easy to maintain pool.

We LOVE working with The Pool Man! Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Wes was our designer and could not have been more accommodating through the design and contract. Bryan was our Project Manager, was so informative through the entire process. We knew every day, who was coming, what they were doing and how long it should take. When we went through a very wet spell during the construction, Bryan called or came by everyday to update us and get us back on schedule. The entire process was a pleasure and I can not stress strongly enough how easy and seamless working with The Pool Man was for us. I would not let anyone else build our next pool.

Susie and I had interviewed three different pool companies before selecting The Pool Man. The Pool Man was the third custom pool builder we had talked to. Immediately after meeting with their designer, Wes Colby, we knew we made the right choice. He listened to what we had in mind and worked those ideas into the design. Let me start off by saying…we have a small back yard. My brother used The Pool Man and was very happy with their pool so of course, we booked a consultation with one of the designers to see what they could with our space. Wes was our designer and was the only pool company that took notes and photos and listened to our wants for our pool during our consultation time together. It took a couple weeks to get our design back but let me just say that he 100% nailed the design! We were so blown away that we would be able to transform our back yard into such an oasis. I have heard horror stories about construction trades and unfinished projects, etc…and I will say that construction wasn't perfect and it did take longer than expected to finish our pool which at times was frustrating. We had to wait on trades and things had to be put on hold due to Covid supply chain issues but I will say that The Pool Man always made it right, which is next to impossible these days. The in floor cleaning system keeps the pool crystal clear. No messing around with hoses or bulky equipment. We just have to brush once a week and keep up with the chemicals, so easy! I can't thank Wes, Jimmy, Adam, Robert and the whole Pool Man team enough for our backyard paradise! We have already made so many memories and we couldn’t be happier with our finished product! Thank you, Pool Man!

My experience with working with The Pool Man Inc. was great! I really enjoyed working with Wes Colby on the sales side. He was very responsive to our needs and offers a fantastic design with all the options that we needed. We love the Pebble Tec finish, spillway, bowls and bubblers with pool. I can't say enough good things about the in-floor cleaning system, it keeps the pool clean all the time and I do not have to spend time scrubbing the pool floor or dealing with other pool cleaning systems with hoses. I was impressed with the team that dug the pool, spayed gunite and the superintendent who managed the project. Once the pool was completed, Cody provided a great training session for us. Five stars. Exceptional customer service and quality product. We were referred to The Pool Man by a friend who had been referred by her friends who were referred by their friends. We had a fairly solid plan for our design, but Wes made it better; his design improvements gave us a longer pool (I wanted a BIG pool) and a larger spa. Thank you, Wes! The pool and spa are exactly what we envisioned. Dreams came true over here! Wes was always available to answer questions or make suggestions, and he often made me laugh, because while he knows pools inside and out, he also seems to be having a lot of fun selling them. We had a bit of a hiccup with out first superintendent, but he was swiftly replaced by Bryan, who is extremely competent, efficient, and just an all around solid guy. He made the process smooth — excellent communication and follow-through. He was an absolute delight to work with. I knew what to expect and when, and if plans changed, he kept me up to date. Cody and Daniel were awesome as they started up our pool and have been super patient as I’ve asked a million and one questions to get a handle on once again being a pool owner. This experience has shown me first hand that The Pool Man stands behind their product and does whatever is necessary to build a fabulous pool and keep customers happy. I would build another pool with them in a heartbeat (and I would do the in-floor cleaning system again in a heartbeat! We were on the fence in the beginning, but it is SO nice to not have a big piece of equipment in our pool with its cord in the way while we swim! I recently built my house and heard about The Pool Man. I spoke to Wes and he showed me a amazing 3D design of how my backyard would look with the pool. Then Jimmy was in charge of the building process and did a fantastic job and made sure everything was on schedule. Lastly Cody showed me in good detail how use the PCC2000 that helps keep the pool very clean. If you have any kind of pool problem I highly recommend The Pool Man.

There is so much to say! I am completely satisfied with Wes Colby and The pool Man, Inc. Wes is the sales person. He was personable, informative, patient and honest from the very beginning. Wow! What a great experience with The Pool Man. Following an initial meeting to exchange ideas and options, Wes presented us with a fabulous custom design that made full use of our available space while providing just the right balance of features and aesthetics. Bryan, our superintendent, took over from there and truly did an outstanding job in taking our pool from design to completion. Bryan maintained excellent communications with us throughout the project and was always available to answer questions. While being both friendly and very knowledgeable, Bryan ensured all aspects of the job were well coordinated and executed, which allowed our pool to be completed and fully operational in about 7 weeks from start to finish, more than 2 months ahead of schedule. The Pool Man seamlessly integrated a few change orders from us during construction with no issues, allowing us to make minor adjustments to achieve the exact finished project that we desired. After completion, The Pool Man provided us with a detailed pool school, and then stayed in touch with us to ensure there were no issues with pool operations and final inspections. All went very smoothly. The in-floor cleaning system offered through The Pool Man is fantastic, so be sure to ask about it. I have never had a pool with such low maintenance requirements. The lighted water bowls also add a great deal of beauty and character, well worth the cost. If you are looking for a custom pool builder that is trustworthy, friendly and provides a great product at a competitive price, then I highly recommend The Pool Man. I especially recommend Bryan as a superintendent if he is available. He is the best.

Our pool-building process was easy from start to finish. Our salesman Wes worked within our budget to design a beautiful pool, even with a few customizations. Then Jimmy led us the rest of the way, through the build and beyond. They are prompt to answer whenever we have a question. The bottom filtration system keeps our pool very clean, even with two dogs regularly taking swims and extensive landscaping and wind.

We, like many others, decided we wanted a pool with our house during Covid. We looked at several different builders before deciding on the Pool Man. We had seen many neighbors deal with problems while building pools over the past year. Many companies dug the pools without finishing gunite, leaving massive holes in their yards for months. Others had delays in materials caused by supply chain issues that left their backyards a mess for 6 months at a time. The Pool Man's process from design to build was painless. Supplies were ordered and received before construction started, alleviating any potential delays from that end. They also made sure to schedule the gunite well before construction started, so once our pool was dug it wasn't long after that it was structurally reinforced and well on it's way to being finished. From the design, price, construction schedule, etc, we've been very happy with our pool from the Pool Man. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their backyard oasis!

We had a great experience with The Pool Man Inc. They were upfront with their quote and took the time to educate us on types of pools, the pool system and options. What I appreciated up front was the honestly in their quote. Their quote included everything will other companies did not. The other companies appeared to be cheaper at first, but once we were able to get all the options we wanted on paper, they were not cheaper at all. During construction, The Pool Man teams were very professional on site and did their best to keep things clean. We had the PCC2000 in floor cleaning system installed. It works great and reduces the maintenance effort on my part. “Regular” Jimmy was out project manager and he was very pleasant to work with. He kept in contact during whole process and even after the pool was completed. I highly recommend The Pool Man and will use them in the future.

Fantastic Pool company. At first I was skeptical and unsure about going through with the project. It started with the salesman Wes, who was very professional, attentive and with great understanding of pools. He guided and advised us appropriately. We signed the deal, and Jimmy, the Superintendent took over. Jimmy was detailed and thorough. He shared with us ab-initio, step by step of the installation plans, the ups and downs. He didn't hide anything. He was very honest. Sometimes, when it rained, contractors won't show up(as expected). That made me inpatient at times, but Jimmy remained composed, and assured us of timely completion of the pool. He was absolutely right. Pool was completed on schedule. Jimmy was with the contractors every step of the way, guiding and ensuring that work completed according to Pool man's quality. Jimmy went above and beyond expectation to ensure quality and timely delivery. We really really appreciate him and that's just an understatement. Building a pool is not inexpensive, so you want to get your money's worth. If you are looking for a quality pool(with all the bells & whistle), yet affordable, look no further than the Pool man Inc. I said bells and whistles because we also installed in-ground pool cleaning system, pcc2000, which is working really well. Saves me some pool cleaning time. I highly recommend. These guys are awesome!! From design to completion we were and are very happy. Our pool superintendent, Jimmy, was amazing. He was super responsive and available for any question or comment. Can't say enough about him. Clearly as a veteran, Jimmy brought discipline, professionalism and dedication to the task to ensure our project was accomplished with superior results. Thanks for your service Jimmy, both to our country and to our project!! We are the 4th pool built by the Pool Man in our small little community. Great referrals from the first three neighbors and they were right. We have had a pool built before, but this team led by Jimmy was awesome. They also pointed me towards a landscaper and he was awesome as well. Our sales rep Wes was also great to work with. He was very helpful! When you spend this kind of money, you want to know the company is honest, well qualified and professional. The Pool Man exceeds all of those requirements. We could not be happier...

Be careful when you read your contract. Completely open ended to the buyers' detriment. Had 3 price increases in 3 days just prior to signing. Not worth it. So many other good companies with good service that will listen to your concerns. I have email after email from the salesman that contradict what he represented verbally and in writing. Please beware and read the contract. Don't go into it trusting - you will be disappointed.

We were very pleased with The Pool Man. Wes Colby and Jimmy Bullock did an excellent job. When designing our pool, Wes used his experience and knowledge to help create our dream pool. This was our first time building a pool and he helped ease our minds and worked with our vision. We are more than happy with how it turned out. We love the features and colors that complement each other just as Wes assured us. When the pool was being built, Jimmy was on top of the construction process. He was always honest and went above and beyond to take care of things. With just a couple minor issues that arose, Jimmy was quick to fix and make sure we were 100% happy and on track. We were in our pool within the time frame they gave us even through the February freeze. Upon completion, Cody Keller kick started us on pool maintenance and was very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know. They want their clients to have their dream pool and we definitely do!

When we set out to create a resort-style environment for relaxing and entertaining, Wes was really great (and patient) with consultation and design along with key recommendations that were both aesthetically pleasing as well as functionally smart. From the beginning to the end of our build, The Pool Man provided excellent service, communication, quality and craftsmanship despite the inherent complications of a build during a pandemic, over a major holiday, and a freak winter freeze. Wes was receptive and respectful of our ideas, and used his experience and knowledge to fine tune our design plan. Jimmy M was professional, detail oriented, and exemplary in his management of the project and crews. He walked us through the project and was available, patient, and prompt in responding to any and all of our questions and concerns. When unforeseen complications arose, he was candid and open and was scrupulous in his pursuit for proper resolutions including us in conversations and decisions regarding solutions, and got the work completed promptly. On more than one occasion, Jimmy went above and beyond completing things himself he could have easily passed off to the crews in order to facilitate the project and keep our project close to the projected bid. The care and attention he put into making sure things were done right, prepping and checking in during the freeze, and making sure we were comfortable with every step of the project made him feel more like a friend than a project manager, and we had little to no stress with him at the helm. All the crews showed up when expected and were efficient, competent and tidy. Cody (and the tech team) got our pool equipment up and ready to endure the storm, and he was clear, concise and thorough in his explanation of the equipment and pool maintenance and patient with our techno challenges. He left the pool clear and sparkling, and the PC2000 in-floor cleaning system is already proving to be so efficient in keeping the pool spotless and far cleaner than the vacuum system in our old pool. I cannot speak highly enough about The Pool Man. It was incredibly refreshing and a real pleasure to work with a company and group of people truly focused on providing quality service and product. We used The Pool Man to design and construct our covered patio, outdoor kitchen and pool. We had a great experience the entire way through. We worked with Wes Colby on the design process and he far exceeded our expectations. His responsiveness, models of the pool, and precise manner was leaps and bounds above any one else we spoke with. He made the entire process of securing HOA approval seamless and answered all our questions promptly. I honestly could not speak more highly of The Pool Man and the quality pool they designed and built (and kudos to the sub-contractors they work with as well)! Wes Colby with design and Jimmy Bulluck overseeing construction were awesome to work with. With design, Wes listened to understand our vision and asked questions about how we hoped to use and enjoy our pool - but he also helped to make sure it was practical and safe for our young family (i.e., proper visibility to deep end from inside the house and enough clearance for walking around). Jimmy supervised the day to day build. I felt like he and his team cared about my opinion and had high attention to detail to fix/remediate things I would have not even thought to consider. Wes also designed a covered patio structure and they coordinated everything with a sub-contractor who did an outstanding job and completed alongside the pool build. I must also give credit to the in-floor cleaning system. I admit I was skeptical at first, but crystal-clear water with minimal chemical additions or excessive maintenance from my end has sold me! I highly recommend.

The Pool Man was recommended to me by other people on my neighborhood app. I had 3 companies give designs and bids. The Pool Man outweighed the other companies with their high end materials and was actually less than the other bids. We have a VERY small backyard and I was impressed with how they used the space-our backyard actually looks bigger! One of our concerns was the nightmare of the upkeep of a pool. The PC2000 system is a game changer! So easy and our pool stays clean! Wes sat down with us and took time to find out what we wanted and the pool that would fit our needs. We were looking for a company that would actual communicate with us and return calls, as we had heard horror stories from other friends. James always called us back and was a great communicator through the process. I would HIGHLY recommend The Pool Man! WE LOVE OUR POOL AND HOT TUB!!!

Wes Colby designed a beautiful oasis style pool with towering natural stone grotto water feature using every foot of available space in our yard. We wouldn't even think of owning a pool without the PCC2000 in-floor cleaning system. The whole system works so well, all we do is add chemicals and the pool stays crystal clean. They also stand behind their warranty on all components. Their maintenance on filter cleaning is also very reasonable.

LOVE the Pool Man! We have now built two pools with them in our last two houses. Although nearly 10 years has passed since our first experience with them, the outcome is the same: a gorgeous pool delivered on-time and on-budget! We dealt with Wes both times to design our pools and he’s always a pleasure to work with. He’s creative, prompt, responsive, and helps us get the best pool that fits within our budget. Andrew oversaw our construction process and ensured it was smooth and hassle-free. It’s worth mentioning that our home builder was so impressed with The Pool Man’s work (cleanliness of the job site, communication and coordination with him, etc.) that he commented on it to us and plans to recommend them to his other clients. The one thing we did differently this time was to install an in-ground cleaning system, and we could not be more pleased. I had two pools growing up and remember the time and attention that was required of being a pool owner. Regardless, we still saw multiple benefits to owning our own and started our search with Pool Man who has been in business since 1981. I concentrated on not primarily what their brochures promised but what other owners said of the company. After reading close to 100 reviews I knew I had found a reputable company. What fascinated me was their in-floor pool cleaning system called the PCC2000. No more manual vacuuming; no more bulky hoses and units traveling the bottom of the pool. Pool Man’s system is akin to pop-up lawn sprinklers that sweep the pool moving debris to a central vacuum that removes it and places it in a convenient container for easy disposal. The one word that comes to mind is, after several months of ownership; spectacular! Which is the same word when describing the design and build process. Wes Colby came and met with us, designed and fitted it to our yard and calmed our concerns that had troubled our neighbors who went with other pool companies. Steven Troz was our construction foreman, and the build ran like a fine Swiss watch. If he wasn’t on scene, he was a phone call away. And finally, Daniel walked us through pool school, explaining the functioning and care of the system, which has proven to be minimal. He finished with giving us his cell phone in case we had any further questions or concerns; we have not and the water is crystal clear. In closing, I recognized Pool Man for their reputation, ethics and professionalism and did not investigate other companies as I probably should have. However two of my neighbors watched our process, listened to our comments, thoroughly researched the other local companies including bids; and both purchased Pool Man.

The Pool Man, Inc. did an excellent job meeting our desires and expectations. Their timeline was aggressive enough to get us swimming soon, but not so aggressive to compromise quality. We were very hesitant when we began the pool company research process. We wanted to find a company that had a great reputation, highly recommended, offered quality work, responsive to our concerns and overall honest. We met with several pool companies and the Pool Man came out on top with our criteria. Another company here in Cypress, TX was also a top on our list but that quickly diminished after the salesman ignored us and failed to even call us back. We decided on Pool Man to build our pool. Throughout the process, Wes Colby was great to work with. We had several meetings throughout the design process and he was very flexible in working with our busy schedules. Wes made the design process very seamless and was very patient with us when we had changes to the design. As the project began, our project manager Steven Troz was awesome. Steven was very responsive and wanted to make sure things were done right. The construction team was always right on schedule and didn't leave us hanging with delays as I have heard experiences with other pool companies. I had a chance to meet each of the construction crews throughout the build and they were very detailed in their work. Steven was on site very often and corrected small issues or details we were not happy with. Our pool school instructor (Daniel) was also awesome. He was very detailed in teaching us the ins and outs of our pool system. One of the best details of the pool is the PCC2000 in floor cleaning system. The system keeps the pool very clean. From the Sales/Design with Wes, to build/project management with Steven, The Pool Man is the way to go. Overall, we are we are very happy with our beautiful Staycation Pool.

I must say that my experience with The Pool Man was beyond my expectations, to say the least. We looked for several months in 2018 before deciding to go with The Poolman. Wes was great to work with on the design and was not pushy at all. He designed exactly what we had in mind. We’ve had the pool since March of this year and couldn’t be happier. Steven did a good job for us and answered any question we raised .Our neighbors couldn’t believe how clean the yard and front remained during the construction processes. We absolutely love the PCS 2000 in-floor cleaner. The pool is always clean and we spend less that one hour a week brushing and balancing. Never had to vacuum. We also went with the Paramount UV and Ozone system. Totally worth it! The pool stores hate it because we never really need to shock the pool and the chlorine consumption is minimal. I’d also add that with a fully open backyard the pool never reached warmer than 92 degrees this summer (during the day) thanks to the constant circulation with the in-floor cleaner. We love the pool, patio, fire pit and would recommend Wes and the team! Job well done! When I finally talked my husband into getting a pool built in our backyard I did my homework and went to three different pool companies. We are extremely happy with the service we received from The Pool Man in the construction of our pool. The designer, Blake, did an awesome job capturing the design we described on the first rendering. They were not the least expensive quote I received (nor were they the highest) but went with them because I felt Blake understood how we wanted the pool to look, and because they came recommended from another in the pool construction industry. Blake gave good advice as to the amount of heat they would absorb, the colors they would put out, etc. Andrew, the construction manager, was excellent. He was very proactive to make sure that everything was done correct the first time, rather than just doing the work and hoping it would be ok. A very minor issue where a worker accidentally cracked our umbrella stand - Andrew & TPM replaced it for us with no fuss. Very appreciative of the customer service, the attention to detail, and most importantly a beautiful final pool. Will highly recommend them.

In 2016 we decided to put in a pool. We did our homework had a preliminary design and went out to bid. After equalizing the bids and evaluating our interactions with the various companys we chose The Pool Man to put in our pool. They were not the least expensive but the interaction with Wes Colby and his patience in helping us finalize our design and the recommendations he made as to what equipment to install made our choice the best we could have done. From start to finish the project stayed on schedule (fortunately good weather when we needed it). and on our agreed upon price. At our request there were a couple of change orders but they were quoted and agreed upon before being done so there were no issues. We have enjoyed the pool for two seasons and now look forward again to another. I've held off writing this recommendation until we had some experience with the pool and the" in ground" pool cleaning system that Wes recommended. Needless to say it has been great and I would highly recommend it to anyone putting in a pool - in fact I would say it is a must. It is definitely worth the value. I've built 2 pools with Pool Man and have had excellent experiences in both instances. From the initial stages with Wes to the final hand off at Pool School they are a top flight organization all the way through. Anecdotally my neighbor started a build with a different company 2 days before I started my second pool with Pool Man. Fast forward 6 weeks and we are swimming and their decking wasn't even in. We hired this company to build our first swimming pool in 2005. We met with Blake and he put together a beautiful pool design for us. Being new to swimming pools, maintenance was not something we were looking forward to. What really peaked our interest was the infloor cleaning jets that they use in their pools. The water is ALWAYS clean and clear - it's amazing! Even our hot tub is always perfect! Not having to fool with a polaris style cleaner was a very big draw to us and our friends and family compliment all of the time about how clean our pool is. My husband maintains our pool for us and he loves how easy it is too. We are totally in love with the rock work around the pool too. Our goal was to duplicate a natural looking swimming hole. They were able to use very large stones and our water fall turned out absolutely amazing! During construction, their communication was very open and the supervision during the build was really impressive. There were no surprises or delays and we were always told what new stage would be coming up. When their crews were scheduled to do work, they showed up on time and got to work quickly. Their crews were also very friendly as well. He's very versatile and showed us pictures of several types of pools, so I think he could adjust easily to a wide range of style preferences. We liked the fact that he came out to our home and carefully considered our current landscaping and backyard use, and genuinely wanted to incorporate the pool in harmony with our woodsy backyard. We liked everything about his plan. He also gave us great guidance on our selection of materials. We are happy with all of our choices. Steven was our construction supervisor and kept a close eye on all aspects of the project; he was polite, knowledgeable, and accessible to answer our questions. We saw him almost every day for in-person updates as he gave the workers instructions and followed the quality of their work. Danielle in the office coordinated the construction phases so that everything flowed well. Owners Ted and Robert provided on-site initial guidance about pool placement and materials; their weekly meeting updates ensure they know what's going on with all their projects. The whole project took about 7 weeks, from start to pool use. Casey Fox did the beautiful landscaping design, planting lovely flowers, shrubs and trees in the colors & types I wanted and laying additional sprinkler lines that tied into our current system. Everyone who sees our pool is blown away by its beauty and says it's like a resort. The waterfalls cascading over the rocks, and the water trickling over the spa wall into the pool, are so soothing it's nice just to sit on the patio and enjoy. We LOVE the PCC-2000 in-floor cleaning system. Even in our wooded setting, it keeps the water very clean. And the constant "movement" of the water, and the absence of an unsightly vacuum hose make the pool just that much more attractive. HIGHLY recommend this company!

We hired The Pool Man to build a pool, spa and fire pit. Blake, our designer, listened carefully and prepared a plan that addressed all of our wishes and concerns. David, our construction manager, communicates professionally, respectfully, frequently and clearly. The subcontractors have also been respectful, tidy, quiet and top notch. Our project has been particularly tricky as our village required the construction of a huge underground drainage basin. The Pool Man has handled it all. I recommend them highly.
